My sunroof was completely smashed (picture is before it got even worse over time). I had to use cardboard and gorilla tape to keep it secure until I had the funds to get it fixed. I called around and this was the cheapest I found (another place i called wanted $650!). We initially went in just to pay a deposit and were going to come back the next day to get it done, but they said they could do it right now instead! They did such a great job, have a lifetime warranty for labor, and got it done so quickly! I was only there waiting for about 30 minutes. I have a 2000 gmc safari utility van that was broken into and the sliding door window and rear window was broken. I called over 4 different auto glass places and even the gmc dealer could not get the side sliding door window. Low price auto glass told me to take my van so they could look at it. I'll tell you what. These people are awesome. Prices are extremely great waiting rooms basic. But this time around I had my little one with me. The tech made sure my daughter was entertained by putting Netflix on. It's little things that make service great. Location little hidden but honestly some best places or reasonable prices are in hidden places. The do window regulators side mirrors and of course all windows. For me it's always a cracked windshield. I really only go to them. And yes this time around I did my little road trip from Utah to get this done. Not cool driving around with 7 crack in front. My window was smashed out in December of 2018, and this company was able to get me in quicker than any other auto glass repair company. The inside of my car was in pristine condition before I brought my car here, but was damaged (most likely) because they rushed through putting the new window in. In hindsight I would rather have waited than gone to this glass repair shop. They broke a clip on a the wood that surrounds my window and lock buttons, as well as putting a crack in it. They also didnt put my door back together correctly the first time. When I realized how terrible my door looked I called and they told me to bring it in. They put my door together back correctly but was not able to fix the clip they broke on the door piece. Instead the used "beetle tape" to try and keep my wood piece on my door because "it's an expensive piece to order." The beetle tape is now seeping through the cracks and is extremely noticable and the door peice is NOT staying down. I am very disappointed with the service and how they handled the situation after they broke an expensive piece of my door. Next time I will wait for a more professional company to fix my door and would not recommend this shop to anyone who cares about how the interior of their car looks. Thanks for reading. read more

Sadly, one day as I got off work I found my car had been robbed. The thieves broke my window, front windshield, and side mirror. They beat up my babys' glasswork good. I picked up a window from the auto wreck yard. They recommended Low Price Auto Glass. I was concerned because the "new" window was tinted, and wasn't going to match the rest of the car. I didn't mention it to the mechanic fixing my window, but he asked me if I wanted to remove the tint. I didn't even know he could do that! Day one in Reno and once I unload all my wordly possessions into the Uhaul storage unit, only to discover not only is my headlight out...but my back window on this junk ass car wont go up. This is my first time writing a review on Yelp even though I've been using the app for years but I must commend the amazing service this business has provided! I got my car broken into this morning and was devastated; but as soon as they confirmed they had the window suited for my car we came in 45 minutes later and they finished replacing it within an hour and a half! Not only am I impressed by the speedy service, but they also made sure to thoroughly clean out every shard of glass anywhere in the car (they even reopened up the door multiple times and shook it to make sure not one piece was left)!
