I did that immediately and she said we will get started on it. After a week, I called to touch base and was told it would take a little longer but they would have it ready early the next week. After 2.5 weeks, I called again and was told they needed more time. Finally when I called today, I was told that they did not have time. She said she could give me someone's number to PAINT mine but they could not help me with replacement. I explained I also need maintenance on fence even if we did not replace it and they pretty much ignored my comment. So I replied after she sat silently "so you are just too busy to help me at all" and she said "yes". It is disappointing that they led me to believe they were working on this for almost 1 month instead of being honest with me up front or sooner at least. So they have wasted my time and didn't care. Their lack of customer service and not doing what they said is very upsetting.

Ami came out that afternoon for an inspection and provided a quote with multiple options. All were very reasonable. The next day he arrived when stated, safely and efficiently performed the repairs using the proper tools. He went above and beyond by replacing a bracket and securing some others that had worked loose over time. He then cleaned all of the cobwebs off, lubed, and adjusted the door open/close settings. He then showed me proper maintenance procedures to ensure a long life of use from my door. On the way out, he cleaned up the area better than he found it. Highly recommended.
