Women behind register stated she is the one who puts the amount on the card when bought. So either the women never placed the amount on gift card, or the VFW who gave gift card as a raffle gift to seniors may have used the card for themselves and then gave as a gift raffle. Ethier way, I made some contacts to have this investigated. Im sure we are not the only ones being scamed.
