I don't know where to begin. I recieved a call from Vanessa about an auto insurance quote. She did a comparison to what I currently had, explained anything I wasn't sure of. During our conversation we talked about family and where we use to live. I felt like Vanessa was a friend. Vanessa went further into the details of bundling which I was connected to Victor. Victor explained the different life insurance plans and pricing. They allowed me time to review and talk things over with my Husband. The next day Vanessa called when she said she would and set everything up. I then spoke with Victor who enrolled me in the insurance plan of my choice. I'm very please to have spoken with my now favorite reps for Allstate. When they said "Welcome to the family" they meant it because that's how Vanessa and Victor left me feeling...like family. read more
