After receiving about 5 quotes some of them being from the big companies I decided to go with Lowe's Air Duct cleaning service. Honestly they beat the competitions price by hundreds, and they did both services which only one other place provided additionally. Luis actually called me about an hour and half early to tell me he could arrive early which was awesome. When he came over he immediately got to work and was super friendly and explained everything very thoroughly. After completing the job in a timely manner, he showed me the all the pictures of before and after, cleaned up around each area he was working around and overall was just friendly hard working and just a pleasure to do business with. Lowe's scheduled our duct, dryer vent, and blower cleaning at a time convenient for us. Both the cleaner, Bruno, and Lowe's communicated with us in advance about our appointment and Bruno's arrival time. He arrived on time, did nice work while being careful of our freshly painted house, and explained what he had done afterward as well as giving us advice regarding how we might maintain clean ducts afterward. Bruno's performance was 5-star. I've deducted one star because the price seemed too high for the amount of actual work involved. We paid $699 on a "special deal" for cleaning that Lowe's said would take 2-3 hours, but in reality took perhaps 75 minutes. $450-500 would have been a much fairer price for cleaning our 10 ducts, dryer and blower. read more

Lowe's Air Duct Cleaning were very responsive, and the quality of their services was excellent. The air duct system in our house hadn't been cleaned out in over a decade, and they did a very good job of cleaning and sanitizing it. I was impressed that they carefully taped over the vents throughout our house so that dust would not billow into into the rooms while they were sweeping the ducts. They also used a HEPA filter attached to our main return vent to pick up and divert the debris. I had Lowe's clean out our dryer vent as part of a package. This is something I now recommend other people doing, since the buildup of lint was much more extensive than I had realized (it filled an entire trash bag). read more

I hired Lowe's Air Duct Cleaning after doing a bunch of remodeling on my house. The fixed price listed on their website combined with their excellent reviews won me over. Luis arrived about 30 minutes early and I showed him the furnace and all of the vents. Then he got to work. The whole process, including cleaning the dryer vent took a couple hours. I called on a Saturday for an emergency cleaning. My daughter's dryer vent had backed up so much that it caused the dryer to overheat and be ruined. The technician arrived at the time specified and showed us the huge amount of dryer lint that was blocking the vent. It was a definitely a life saving trip. Just the best on a Saturday afternoon.
