Unbelievable. They said they would charge an $85 fee to come assess and that would go toward the repair. The guy was here for under 3 minutes - how could he actually even know what the issue was. Got his $85 then sent me an assessment for the repair which was a quote of $400!! He repeated more times than minutes he was here "you can accept or deny the estimate" seemingly already anticipating he was going to overcharge. All I need is the switch assembly for my Microwave. A brand new microwave is $400. Total scam. Do not go with them. read more

Then when I was trying to explain to the tech what my dishwasher was doing, he acted like he didn't understand me. He definitely spoke a different language. Outstanding Customer service! We had a refrigerator stop working during the night. Called in the morning and they were able to schedule an appointment for the SAME DAY, on a Saturday with NO upcharge for a weekend. That never happens. Vadim was early (thank you), polite, quick and clean. Unfortunately the refrigerator could not be repaired but I was happy to pay the diagnostic visit. We were very pleased with the level of service we received from Best Pro Appliance. It was very easy to schedule and they had a service Technician on site within a few days and were able to work around our schedule. Our Samsung dryer had developed a very loud squeaky noise that seemed to be getting worse. Our Technician Yurii arrived during the scheduled windows and had the issue diagnosed within 10-15 minutes. The cost was reasonable and the issue was definitely resolved. Yuri was very professional and also just a really nice guy. This is the first time we've used Best Pro Appliance and they really delivered. The technician who came out is a Ukranian named Sergio who was an electrical engineer in his former life. So he's way overqualified but, in our case, it proved essential. We have been having problems with both our oven and the hood over the range, for about a year and a half. We had another company who had worked on our washer/dryer, and they tried to fix both. They fixed the hood and then it broke again a week later. They said the board they replaced was the problem but for over a year, I kid you not, they kept claiming that the warranty part was on back order. The oven was even more complicated. They replaced the board, and after 3 visits finally got it to work, but the broiler never functioned and the oven heated really slowly. Like an hour to get to 400. Again they claimed that some part they needed was on backorder. That saga has been going on for well over a year. And we've paid them a fortune! We finally gave up on them and called Best Pro because they had good reviews. Sergio diagnosed both problems. He found the original electrical manuals online. The wiring (hood) and wiring plus components on the board (oven) were set up wrong. He corrected them and now everything works. And he is a super nice, courteous man. Gave us his mobile number to call if anything went wrong. I don't know about the rest of the staff at Best Pro but we're going to use them for every appliance in the house going forward. read more

These people will scam you out of money saying they fixed things they didn't. Then ghost you. They actually broke our cooktop when they came for a minor repair of it. They won't refund all our money or compensate us for the damage they caused. They are rude, hang up the phone, yell. Totally unprofessional and incompetent. read more

Rarely do I give 5 stars, but Best Pro earned it! For an $85.00 diagnostic charge Dimitri spent two hours looking at my refrigerator testing every component trying to pinpoint the problem and then to verify that the main control board (the most expensive part) is, indeed, the issue and it's not something else. That's service above and beyond and Dimitri was just the nicest guy! To add to how much this company is awesome, they were at my door within about an hour after calling! I'm a very vendor-loyal person and you can bet that this company will be my go-to from now on. read more

Last month during the run of 100 degree days, we came home on a Friday evening to temps of 85 degrees in the house. Crikey! A quick scan of Yelp led me to send quote requests to several HVAC companies on Saturday morning. Fuse responded in less than 10 minutes and set up an appointment for Tuesday, but then called me to move it up to Monday. Their competitors were left in the dust. The technician showed up to find much of the unit frozen solid. He came back when it had thawed and he not only diagnosed and fixed the problem, he repaired some aging wiring that was almost kaput. He told me to give it a few days and call them back if there were any problems--no invoice until the job was completed to my satisfaction. The old dinosaur A/C unit is running better than it has in five years. The only issue was that I was not sure how much the repairs would be, so I sweated until I got a total. Wow. I chatted for a service appointment and agreed to Weds. at noon. Confirmation email read Thursday at noon. Called and was advised appointment was scheduled for Thursday at noon. Asked for quote to clean coils on refrigerator. $240. I asked if it was negotiable. Told clean was not needed if that was not the problem. Agreed to pay just the trip charge for diagnostic of warm fridge/freezer repair or pay $220 for diagnostic and clean. Tech was very professional, but after several tests of the machine, he proposed to pierce compressor to prove the freon on 23 year old fridge was gone. Only the fridge is dead with hole in compressor and rebuild would be very expensive. I refused and the tech cleaned the coils and reduced charge to $200. He was certain the clean was not a fix and suggested I buy a brand new unit. I emptied the freezer and pulled the plug on the unit to defrost it. After 24 hours I plugged unit in and 8 hours later: it works perfectly! read more

Last week our washing machine flooded, and Best Pro offered up someone to come out the same day. We waited until Friday and had a really good experience. Our tech came out in the morning, assessed the problem, showed me what was wrong, found the part locally, shopped for it then came back that evening to do the fix. Our tech knew limited English but he spoke slowly and carefully so it was still easy to communicate and understand the problem. We received an estimate as soon as the problem was identified and paying online was easy. After fixing the initial issue there was a water leak which he was able to fix quickly. The most unprofessional repair service, the service man didn't know how to take out the refrigerator drawers charged me $124.00, told me never to buy LG they are poorly made and even if he fixed it it would be $575.00 and last only a few months. i called a different co, they came they replaced the fan charged me $240.00 and it works perfectly. It was found that we needed a new evaporator, however the previous owners of the house had removed the model number of the fridge. Our microwave lost power and we were in a bit of time crunch to get it fixed. Vadim from Best Pro showed up the same day I requested the quote which was awesome. Vadim was my technician and he was very knowledgeable and did great work. The only thing that was a bit of a bummer was that I mentioned the part I thought I might need in my quote request and the tech didn't come with it. Since he needed to pick up from Home Depot it was an extra $100 for the service. He did show me how to replace myself to save the money which would have been great if I had the time to go grab it.
