Initially I believe I spoke with Don, the owner, prior to working with Marv, the technician, to schedule and complete the work. Marv came to my home in June 2024 was ethical, trustworthy, honest, and did a wonderful / thorough job, and I was glad that they are licensed to come into the home to clean the dryer vents - unlike the other company, who was only licensed to clean the events from outside the home, which proved insufficient. When I got to our primary residence, I realized the dryer vent that was supposed to have been cleaned was not cleaned at all. And the ducts were supposed to have been cleaned. When I opened the one in our laundry room was still filthy. The dryer is also in the laundry room obviously and I wonder if it just got skipped altogether. Because the duct cleaning is so much more expensive than the carpet cleaning I had to rate the overall experience three stars because I ended up cleaning our dryer vent myself and vacuuming and cleaning the air duct in the laundry room myself because it is definitely the dirty one in the house. On the phone the tech was 100% certain he knew how to resolve the issue. Tech shows up to my house at the scheduled time. He determined that he had to access the roof or my attic. HE DOES NOT HAVE A LADDER on his truck. He agreed to come back a few hours later. He was able to access the attic, but did not have the right tools for the job. He scheduled to come back out 8 am Monday morning. 8.15 Monday, he had not shown up so I text him and ask if he is coming. He claimed that his truck broke down and he will get back with me once it is resolved. As of this post, I still have not heard from him. I was able to call someone else to get the situation resolved.
