He explained everything beforehand, went through our home to confirm the location of every vent and returns, checked in with me before using the duct sanitation product and showed me before, during (cleaning in action) and after video footage of my previously gross and now squeaky-clean vents and returns. Taylor the technician explained all processes with detail, which as first time home owners was very helpful, even pointing out signs of previous cleaning. We discovered a furnace we didn't know was hidden in the attic. The process was about 4+ hours and another tech, Jared, arrived to help on the 2-man jobs, and we can tell the difference in dust control already. While not inexpensive, it's not a process needed but every 3-5 years so worth having done right. I would use AirDuct Specialists again. They also added complimentary dryer vent cleaning. read more

Using Airduct Specialists was a great experience, from my initial inquiry with the scheduling team to my in-home visit with the technician, everything went smoothly and no issues were encountered. The technician showed me videos often air ducts and cold air returns prior to cleaning and then once he had completed the work. Although not filthy, there was quite a bit of construction dust within most of the ducting that was likely causing my son and I to sneeze and cough quite often. After 4 hours of work, I settled up with the technician for the initial price quoted to me. After about a week, I received a small package in the mail from Airduct Specialists containing some cookies and a nice card thanking me for my business. Jared came out today to clean a dryer duct, probably never done before though the regular ducts have been cleaned by Air Duct Specialists twice in the past few years. Obviously very satisfied with them and when a noise was heard in that dryer duct, only one company to call. Jared quickly found the source of the noise and cleaned the duct all within an hour. My family is a returning customer, and the company was able to have John, a technician, come and do a full cleaning of my home's vents, ducts and dryer less than 24 hours after I called! They also offered me a seasonal discount price without me even requesting it. Second time to use Air duct Specialists. The first, several years ago, was based both of reviews and price. The repeat business , and all future ones, will be based solely on their great service. In this case, Justin and Taylor were prompt, efficient and very professional. While there are no pets or kids to get the ducts dirty, the house did suffer from water pipes breaking this past winter while we were away and since then, sawdust from new flooring, carpet pieces from rooms with that both greatly added to normal wear-and-tear. No problem for these guys though. They showed me a video of the ducts and the large amount of dust coming at the camera had me thinking of a Sahara dust storm. Luckily it wasn't that but if it were, they could have probably handled that too. Competitive pricing but ultimately, a great job by two professional techs. That adds up to deserved repeat business. read more
