We recently purchased a home that was almost 40 years old. Before moving in we decided to have the air ducts cleaned because the previous owner had dogs. We found Lowe's air duct cleaners online through Angie's list and their reviews were very good so we chose them. I asked to change to appointment on short notice and the company complied. Their tech, Slava, arrived on time and did a phenomenal job! He spent over 7 hours doing the job as it was clear that this was the first time the vents had been cleaned in almost 40 years. He was methodical in his work and did not miss one vent. He replaced every cover and explained every aspect of his job and what he was doing or needed to do. I will use Lowe's again and I will ask for Slava specifically to come back to do the job. I can't say enough of how pleased I am with his work and his attention to detail. read more

Slava appeared on time on utility van, equipped with powerful vac, explained process in details and started to work. The thorough cleaning took about 3 hours, during which Slava inspected and cleaned all supply and return vents. After job was done, he showed "before and after" pictures- it is unbelievable, how much dust and fluffy stuff accumulated there for years. The price tag was surprisingly low (for Connecticut) and payment was completely transparent and honest - you paid in advance online with credit card all vents included, no shady "per vent" fees etc. Highly recommend this company for my Connecticut fellows. read more

If there was a sixth star, Slava would get it- he did a really thorough job-and much more than i expected. We have a home with two separate central air units. He cleaned them both, doing an excellent job (showed me pictures of the inside of the ducts, before and after He also cleaned the clothes dryer duct. It was 20 foot run of flexible tube that was disconnected at one end. He fixed it and that works perfectly , too. He showed up on time, and spent as much time as necessary, working very carefully. After that, I have used other air duct cleaning companies, but I decided to use Lowe's again as I've realized the excellent and meticulous job they do. Slava did a great job! I would definitely use them again, and may request for Slava next time if possible. He came on time, explained what has to be done and showed pictures. Couldn't have asked for a smoother service. Scheduled the air duct cleaning on the phone, then purchased the service online, and Lowe's was very transparent about what was going to be done and for how much. The technician showed up on time and was very thorough with cleaning all of the vents in our new home - took about 3.5 hours! They had never been cleaned before, and now they are SO CLEAN. Our technician called half an hour before arrival. To be honest I couldn't imagine that my ducts were so dirty. I don't remember his name but he worked so hard to clean my air ducts and when he finished he sent the before and after pictures on my email.
