First time at this location this morning. Some of the produce has definitely seen better days, such as the eggplant and cilantro. I couldn't even buy them because they were rotting away already. The rest of the store was laid out nice and good selection of many food items. Even some on sale. 5 stars to Barbie helping me at The self checkout. She was a sweetheart! I got a little sourdough baguette which is perfect for one person. Never seen that before and only 1.99. Plenty of parking in the lot shared with other stores. read more

Empty shelves at 4:30 in the afternoon everything that I was looking for not on the shelves it was a complete waste of time going into this grocery store and I will not go back there. In addition to that lines of people trying to pay that are through where people have to walk and up the aisles this is a poorly run grocery store. read more

The lady that runs the gas station booth with the curly hair is extremely rude and disrespectful both when I gave her cash and when I was throwing away trash in my car which would've been enough to fill one grocery bag. She yelled at me telling me that I wasn't allowed to use the garbage can and I used it and she said "thanks a lot" in a derogatory way. Before this happened she was yelling at another customer in the lane because there was an issue with the pump. Not a very pleasant experience and it makes me not want to visit the fuel pump at Lowe's foods due to this. I think the lady may have been upset because the customers were interrupting her book reading. read more

Omg, this place is amazing!! My bf and I stopped in during Memorial Day weekend to pick up beer/wine hostess gifts before staying with family in St James. Being from NY, just being able to have the convenience of finding both good wine and good beer in a grocery store is amazing enough, but this is the best grocery chain I think I've ever been to. The employees are super friendly, even complimenting me on my Smashing Pumpkins shirt and swapping concert experience stories :) They have a "snip your own" fresh herb garden, again, lots of local beer, cheeses, BBQ sauces, mustards, inhouse smoked/cured meats. They even have a little beer corner with taps so you can either fill a growler, sit and relax with a drink, or walk around with it while you shop. Pretty much like a normal shopping center with a gas station outside (unless this is the wrong Lowe's in reviewing lol).

Passed a Lowe's food store thinking it was the Lowe's hardware store as from being from New Jersey we don't have one of these food stores there. Came across Lowe's again and decided to stop in and check it out. First I needed to use the restroom which I was surprised how nice and clean it looked. Then I did a lap around the store where I started on side where the beer and liquor was as they had so many options and great selections. I was blown away when I saw that the food store had an actual mini bar in the corner along with tables and chairs to sit at. I was definitely not expecting what so ever, so really cool to see that. Then I moved on to the produce section as I'm a big produce fan and wow I was amazed by their produce area ! I loved that they had a sign by the tomatoes to sample one and then fill up a container ! I'm huge on trying things before I purchase them I mean who wouldn't be ! Everything looked fresh and the prices were ideal for the product so it wasn't over priced. Their bakery section or as they called it cakery looked delicious! I wish they had a Lowe's back in New Jersey because I'd definitely shop at it ! read more

On Vaca and found this great grocery store to pick up our weeks worth of grub. They did have a small area for organic and a very cute "cut your own" herb garden. My store back home doesn't have that! Now that I think of it, maybe all veggies should be in a dirt bed like carrots and potatoes and your dig up your own! That would be interesting. They didn't have a section for dairy free items like ricotta cheese, cream cheese, etc. That was disappointing, but I'm sure they will catch up in the next year. Store was clean and neat read more

Beautiful spacious grocery store! Very clean too. Staff is friendly and they have a wonderful selection of cakes for any occasion and a big floral department with balloons etc. Very organized store with good selection of food. I love how Lowe's supports local growers. Easy access to the store with gas station and plenty of parking and other stores and restaurants in the same strip. read more

Always go to Lowe's. Our favorite grocery store. People are great there. Good prices. Best chicken salad and Cole slaw.

If COVID-19 wasn't present right now, I would have given Lowe's foods 4 or 5 stars. The staff was nice, the food was good, and I overall had a great experience here. My reason for only giving 3 stars, though, is because of the lack of safety protocol enforcement; I saw multiple people inside of the store not wearing masks. I even saw one of these people asking someone working there a question, and the staff member didn't even mention the fact that there is an indoor mask mandate. read more

Such a nice grocery store! We are from out of town and swung by to get snacks and a birthday cake for my brother. I never really shop at Lowe's foods but it is a lovely store and the bakery makes delicious food. We opted for a marble cake with white icing and were definitely not disappointed! read more

This is the worst grocery store I have ever experienced. The woman with half a brain did not pack the items we purchased into our bag. Resulting in us having to leave cooking dinner to drive the 25 min there and back to get the needed ingredients. I hope this woman does work at the other store because that is the only one I will be going to from now on to avoid ever having that grocery clerk pack my bags again. I even had asked to pack my own bags, however she neglected to listen to my request. Do yourself a favor, if you need thanksgiving groceries do NOT come here because I'm sure they will forget to pack ur Turkey and ruin your entire thanksgiving. Consider yourself warned. read more

During my Uscan experience I had picked up an item without a bar code, I asked a young gentleman in a camo mask if he new the price. He said he didn't but I will grab you another one. As I was finishing the scanning of my other items the Uscan attendant helped with an error on my screen and I told her a nice gentleman was grabbing me another item with a code. She snapped and said he is not supposed to mess with this. I was quickly taken aback and repeated myself saying he wasn't. Shortly after he came back I thanked him and he went on his way, however the Uscan attendant tattled on him to guess her supervisor and Beverley began to scold him across the area, loudly. I calmly walked up to her and explained, as I mentioned to the Uscan attendant, he was not messing with the machine but grabbing me another item. I was very upset to see a hard worker scolded for no reason. read more

Yes it's new and nice especially for this area the was woefully lacking for any sort of decent grocery store. They have been open over a year now, and while I do most of my shopping there the reason I can only give them 2 stars is their lack of management and customer focus. Example #1. Their deli while nicely stocked the deli staff is horrible. The are slow, obviously lack any sort of training, and can't even manage the "take-a-ticket" who's next service system. If the store management were actually active on the store floor they would know this. Example #2. The checkout experience. While I'm all for giving local youth a job, shouldn't you be asking them basic questions like "Do you know the difference between a tomato and a potato"? Obviously the young lady that checked me out didn't as she had to refer to her produce chart or ask me what those items were. Again if store management were active on the floor they would know this. There is a silver lining in this story; be patient when in this store when you arrive go immediately to the Beer corner and get a beer to enjoy while putting up with their less than stellar workers. read more

Normally love this store but today no broccoli, no blackberries, no baguettes and some of the cheese was 3 weeks past sell date.
