They match prices, which is nice. They do have a large selection. generally prefer Home Depot to the store though.

When I asked an employee how often it was re-stocked, they shrugged and said, "I dunno" and pointed me to the manager. Really?? Okay... The manager said he was too busy to help me, a paying customer. When I asked if there was someone else who wasn't too busy to help a customer, this "manager" did the same shrug and "I don't know" AND THEN TURNED AWAY FROM ME. His name badge said Andy or Andrew. Unreal! Like a Twilight Zone episode! Never in my life have I experienced retail staff as rude and incompetent as this. I could see why he was "too busy to help me" though, since the store was torn apart and seemed to be getting renovated while they were open - it was a huge mess with junk all over the floor in the aisles, and trip hazards everywhere. If I were you, I'd give this place a miss and find ANY OTHER ACE to shop at. Oh hey, why are there so many totally unrelated photos from "reviewers"?

I try to support local businesses anywhere I can but unfortunately my recent experience has changed…read morethat after going here multiple times/ week. I pulled the trigger on buying a stihl chainsaw with issues and no resolve. Purchased online and picked up the next day in the store. Just the saw. They forgot to give me the accompanying tools and manual. Got home and the chain was backwards with a loose bar nut. Easy fix myself and I even called the store to make sure other saws looked good so no future buyers get hurt. Let's not forget that the store never started it or looked it over before giving it to me per policy. Just bring it back if you have any issues, I was told by the manger Jeff. So I use it on a few 4" limbs and it does ok. 30 minutes later it's cutting off and bogging down. I'm not a novice to saws but couldn't get it working right. So I take Jeff on his word and bring it back 2 hrs after pickup and Jeff basically said nothing we can do since it's used with a rather rude tone and didn't even try to remedy the issue. I could warranty it but the owner won't be here until later this week maybe. I left. I wasn't too keen on my rude interactions with ACE or how I was up the creek without a paddle with a defective saw and near no help from the store. The owner reached out to me to take a look but honestly I don't want to step back into the store. Stihl basically said dang that's messed up how you were dealt with and is helping me out since the store won't. Hope no in the future gets hurt with their recklessness.

I haven't felt this at-home since Thanksgiving '98 when Grandpa and I road a tandem bicycle to Olive Garden and filled our bellies to the brim with bottomless salad and breadsticks! (He's passed away now - gluten allergy) When walking into the store, you may shed a tear, because at this Ace hardware, you're family. The kind staff and I always hold hands as I browse about the store...and NO it's NOT because they're concerned for my safety!! Stop being silly, ya silly goose...Maybe a wrench, maybe some rock salt, heck maybe even just a random bottle of hot sauce...the options are endless! They have everything, at very reasonable city prices. Once I've satisfied my nearly insatiable craving for browsing the aisles of doorknobs and extension chord, I check out, exchanging a knowing smirk with the cashier...and on my way home I KNOW I'll sleep better tonight..:because "Like a good neighbor, Ace Hardware is there"!

The parking lot is calm. The aisles? Breezy. The Garden Center? THRIVING. Birds practically singing in surround sound. Garden crew? Absolute sunshine. Helpful. Smiling. Ready to make my yard the envy of my neighborhood, as it should be. And can we talk about Amy at the register? Queen behavior. That woman was moving like she had somewhere fabulous to be. Clearing out winter nonsense, scanning like a pro, offering help like she was on commission for kindness. I leave my cart with her thinking, "Yes ma'am, hold my treasures while I grab a rug and live my best life." Now here's where the tulips wilt. I head to get a rug cut. Crickets. Not a soul in sight. No orange aprons. No wandering associates. Just me and my increasingly dramatic inner monologue. Fine. Washer/dryer section. I find a sweet girl just vibing. Bless her heart, she pages someone overhead. We wait. And wait. And WAIT. Twenty minutes later, the only thing that showed up was my irritation. I go searching again. A security guard does the classic "I do not see you." Matt at paint? Smiles politely and then executes a professional eye-avert. The washer/dryer girl? Vanished into the retail abyss. A new associate appears.....glaring at her current customer like they personally offended her ancestors. I try. I circle. I wander. Fifteen more minutes. Alas. No rug. No help. Just unmet potential. So here's the tea: Garden Center = 10/10, springtime magic. Amy at checkout = MVP, give her a raise. Rug cutting situation = a mystery worthy of its own investigation series. I left disappointed , not mad, just that specific kind of retail heartbreak where you know it could've been a five-star moment. What has happened since my last 5 ?? Do better, my beloved Home Depot. Spring waits for no one.

I had these windows installed in May 2026, and since then, I have encountered numerous problems. I have had multiple callbacks due to improper installation and faulty parts. I have also been waiting over a month for a glazing strip for a sliding door. For the last two weeks, I haven't been able to use my sliding door to access my deck because the locking mechanism has come out of place, rendering the door unusable.
