Called again and the lady said now it'll be on the 18th (today's the 4th when it was supposed to be delivered and the receipt says the delivery date is May 4, 2026) Terrible place to buy from, the workers don't know a single freaking thing. You'll pay for a stove and even though you need it because the old one isn't working you won't get one because they keep adding more time and it never gets delivered and they won't give you a refund so we can go somewhere else.

But a few days later the woman that sold it calls and tell me that the freezer if extremely heavy and that I needed to buy an installation kit and install it myself. NO! I have C.O.P.D and that's NOT gonna happen and I tell her she charge me $50.00 so I'm expecting it delivered and installed. She says they don't have anyone but will check and call me back. After a while she calls back and admits she screwed up only charging me $50.00 and at that point and interrupt her and tell her I called Subzero and spoke to a Sandra and she explained that NO WAY can ANY consumer install one of those and that it has to be a FCI (Factory Certified Installed) and the freezer comes with the installation kit. This is when she says that the install price is actually $350.00 but after speaking to her boss that that were "Doing us a favor" and only going to charge us an additional $200.00? WOW! Also there's no way we're getting our brand new freezer without paying so we did. In the world of business when a company screws up they take care of the customer but not Metro. They not only have no Subzero training but no Customer Service training as well. But that's not all folks, when the 3 guys arrived, only one has experience with these and after punching a few holes in our garage floor he realizes he brought the wrong anchors so he has to drive to Joplin to buy more which takes over a half hour. But then it get worst, the woman that sold us the freezer said it comes with stainless steel side panels. NO IT DOES NOT! So I call Subzero and find out they are $870.00 each plus $350.00 to install. OMG! We didn't even bother calling them. If they're gonna stiff us for the install mistake they for sure would even think of taking care of the panels so not we have our dream freezer but no side panels and girlfriends heart broken.

Without looking at the pump, the repairman said the pump was bad. I showed him the lint inside my dishwasher, so I assumed it was plugged. Wouldn't even look to see if the lint just needed to be removed from the hose. Long story short $60 to be told it was a bad pump without actually looking at anything! I said fine order a new one. Waited weeks and they called and scheduled the repair. Then no call and no show on the scheduled replacement day. I called and they rescheduled. He showed back up today and can't get the dishwasher out of the hole to replace the pump. If he had done anything other than charge me $60 last time, he would have known that! Complete waste of time with them. I did call the company and spoke to the owner prior to posting this review. He said if his guy said it was the pump, it was the pump. He said they don't pull apart the dishwasher because the hose might leak when they put it back together. (Oh you mean you can't replace the little clamp as part of your inspection we paid $60 for???). Now that I know what everything looks like I am shocked!! Updated: it gets better. The repairman. told me I'd have to take my counter top off or rip up my floor to get the dishwasher out. I recently bought the house, but I was pretty sure NOTHING had been updated since it was built 20 years ago. He tells me they put in the wood floor around the dishwasher so I have to tear it up to get the dishwasher out. The contractor comes out to either remove the counter top or tear up the floor. He spins the feet on the bottom of it, and pulls the dishwasher right out!!! Seriously! How does a repairman with 20 years of experience (which is what the owner told me when I called to complain about him not actually checking anything) NOT know to spin the feet to remove it??? Now that it's out, I'll be calling someone else to look at it. I'll update if it wasn't the pump to begin with. Since he never looked at it, it's hard to say. 2nd update: So, it was NEVER the pump! Had that jerk looked at anything, I wouldn't have spent months without a dishwasher. The pump worked fine, which we found out by unplugging the drain hose from the disposal. Turns out the handyman who installed the new disposal forgot to pop out the dishwasher plug before installing it. Dishwasher had no issues! This company got absolutely NOTHING right. Run!

The appliances were an utter disaster. I don't believe the owner even looked at these machines. The washer would not let water in. The dryer smelled like it was smoking and sounded like rocks were banging around inside. When checked it had literally 2 garbage bags worth of lint on the motor inside. And there were rocks and coins and leaves inside. She took pictures. The stove has a relay that keeps getting hotter and hotter which she can't afford to fix right now. Two other burners are questionable. The fridge bangs and she says she is unsure how much life it has because now water is showing up in the freezer. Trying to contact the owner is nigh impossible unless you want to sit in front of the shop for a day or two and hope he shows up. His phone is not working.
