I like Lowes for most home improvement items. I shopped at this Las Vegas location while upgrading the kitchen lights in my son's condo. I used to complain because in self checkout, I was not able to choose email only for my receipt. They have changed that now. Digital receipts keep a lot of unnecessary paper trash out of landfills. I went to buy some indoor plants and Lowe's has a great selection. So many beautiful plants to choose from at what I believe are competitive prices. The garden section, specifically indoor plants is so lush and inviting. I didn't walk around much to other departments but their Christmas merch is out in full force with lots of beautiful items. I did self checkout but an employee did greet me and came over to see if I needed assistance. She was super friendly and we made small talk as I rang up my plants. She thanks me for stopping in and I was on my way. Nice to feel the personal touch even at self checkout. read more

I ordered an umbrella set in March 2026 that included both the umbrella and base. It is now June, and after finally opening the box due to the weather getting hotter, I discovered the base was missing entirely. When I picked up the order through curbside pickup, I reasonably expected the complete and correct product to be loaded into my vehicle. Unfortunately, months later I still do not have the base that was included with my purchase. I contacted my local Lowe's store, but they would not allow me to return the umbrella or exchange it for the correct product. I also reached out to corporate requesting either a refund, exchange, or replacement base, but nothing has been resolved. I have additionally called my local store twice, but each time I was told the store manager was unavailable or at lunch. I am simply asking for this issue to be made right by providing the missing base, allowing an exchange, or issuing an appropriate refund. read more

Customer service is not one star The lady named Laura on front desc or customer service or call it merchandise pick up area, was so rude on saturday around noon (05/16/2026) When I asked her how is Laura doing she did not even blink, this is a second after i asked her if she can save me some walking since i am a peace maker patient with recent stroke symptoms, She asked me for a phone number so I gave her my wifes and showed her a pic in my phone for the work order we placed and reminder from them to pick that up. Then she said your wife has to be here or i can probably give you one item only, I said but why would they have my name and phone number on the order as an emergency person then? Store was clean and very well stocked. Staff/customer service was horrible. We walked around searching for our products for ver 30 mins and no one stopped to ask if we needed help. We clearly looked lost and went past the same staff over and over. The staff we stopped and asked for assistance all sen us in different directions for same product we were looking for. No one sent us in the right direction.only one employee helped us and walked us to spot to find what we needed. There delivery system is terrible, you basically needs to be off for all day waiting for them, requested time, nobody address the issues, and they dont even ask if you prefer in the morning or afternoon. Would not price match their own online advertised pricing on item from Lowe's.com that even says the price for the same exact store, and would not sell me an item at advertised pricing they direct you to ask Lowe's online for help and online says to speak with the store, Laura at the customer service desk could not direct me to the proper help or even be bothered to contact someone who could help. read more

The store keeps getting better. They seem to keep the product stocked unlike the other box store. Not sure if there should still be a supply change issue? I'm talking about mostly electrical products and some plumbing parts seem to be out of stock. However, Lowe's seems to keep these products in stock and easy to find. read more

Every time we go into Lowes we are always happy with the service and the nice employs. Always treated like a human and not just another number. For the most part the store is always neat and smells like lumber. But this time to be honest the bathroom(mens) was a bit on the messy side but not to bad. The aisle has plenty of space to pass by other people without bumping into them. The prices are what is to be expected not overpriced. If this is the right Lowes, next to Walmart on Eastern and Patrick, as I went inside around 630 pm to ask if I could get my board game shaved down a little and the lady at front desk stated if I bought their board from them, I can get it shaved but I said I didn't buy their board and walked out stating 'that's ashame.' Meaning, all they are is about money but one little tad piece to shave off the end was for me to buy a board from them in order to shave off my board I had in my hand. Really? We needed a chair for mom for her new home at an assistive living facility. It had been very difficult to move her to a facility but Dave was an angel. He Helped us try to fit the chair in our car and when it wouldn't fit he helped us find a way to get it to her facility which was 2 miles away. We really appreciate his time and effort. In the leading days of spring, I have lots and lots of company in my place of residence. It is the uninvited company of a fly invasion. After leaving the Pecos at Patrick Home Depot empty-handed, I made my way to the McCarran Marketplace Lowe's to buy some arsenal against the armies of flies in my residence. This Lowe's is in the McCarran Marketplace which is the sprawling strip mall that stretches along Eastern Avenue from Russell Road to Patrick Street. It is easy to get in and out of. Plus it is a one automobile stop from restaurants and retailers such as Walmart, Petsmart, and Ross. In similar style to the Home Depot, the insecticides were the first aisle closest to the garden center. Their selection was better than the Home Depot. They had the fly stand traps and plenty of Hot Shot which Home Depot was out of. When shopping in big box stores, I have written off customer service. If there happens to be an enthusiastic and helpful associate that is a bonus. And today there was a bonus. There was an associate that I talked to. He tried to be helpful. He recommended bringing a sticky fly roll to Star Nursery where they will tell me what kind of fly it is. He insinuated that some insecticides are ineffective with some species of flies. The majority of my time here, my device played the roll of the sales associate. In Home Depot, my research led me to decide on Hot Shot which they were out of. No need to look at the ratings. However, if I was going to go all out and buy a fly trap stand, I would have looked at the ratings. However I needed to be confident that Hot Shot kills flies by spraying a surface instead of directly killing them. I called the 1-800 customer service number on the can. In the attractive setting of the outdoor garden center, the customer service rep gave me the confidence to buy the product. When I checked out in the garden center patio, Beverly was helpful. She emphasized with my dilemma. It was communication that a self checkout transaction could not capture. Just like any friendly cashier Beverly left me with a positive impression of Lowe's. This was the second time that this Lowe's came in handy. I was here a couple of years ago during the winter when it is a challenge to find a fan in Las Vegas. I have to have a fan running in the house. In the winter months Lowe's had a satisfactory selection of fans. You can say since the time I picked up that fan I have been a fan of the McCarran Marketplace Lowe's. read more

I don't know if they're all stupid or just incompetent. Never, never buy from their appliance department - literally the worst retail transaction I have ever had in my life. I looked up everything I wanted online, put it all in the online cart, got all the prices and item numbers, and somehow they still fucked literally every part of the transaction up. I made it SO easy for them. - First they tried to overcharge me by putting things on separate invoices (thus negating the buy more save more discount) - When I mentioned the prices were wrong the saleskid said "you want me to get a manager?" Its not my job to problem solve for you, junior. - Then they moved me from the appliance dept (that had chairs) to customer service (no chairs). I'm disabled .. no offer of a chair made. (I should have left at this point) - Then they couldn't get all the items to consolidate on to a single invoice "software error" - Then they called IT who actually said on speakerphone "I don't know, I can't help you" - Then they decided to cancel everything and start all over again. The second time they couldn't get 2 install charges on the same invoice. - They called IT again. Guess what they said? "I don't know, I cant help you." - Then they decided to put the other install on another invoice. - Then they tried to overcharge me again by not including the buy more save more discount. More waiting. Finally fixed. - Then I went to pay my $2600 bill with $1000 in gift cards I had from CC points. 5 cards, $200 each. Only 1 of the 5 cards worked. They tried to blame my bank. It was NOT my bank. - Then they called IT again, who found it was indeed their software (for the 3rd time). IT had to create fake gift cards to finally get the correct price. THREE FUCKING HOURS I SPENT IN THAT STORE. You think they offered me or my dog some water after holding me hostage for that long? Nope. Just a couple of half assed apologies. So then delivery. Received a text at 8pm telling me they were coming in the morning for the install. No advance warning but luckily I had already taken a vacation day, otherwise I would have been at work. Guy calls me and tells me he's bringing my range. I ask about other items, he doesn't know. He looks around and calls me back .. found microwave and dishwasher. He gets there but only installs ranges. Leaves dishwasher and micro behind. A week goes by. Then black Friday, Lowes tells me dishwasher guy is coming between 11-2. 2 pm rolls around and no word from anyone. I call Lowes, who acts like its bizarre that I'm calling them. They call other install guy. He calls me and says "we don't even offer a time frame of 11-2?" He didn't show up till 4pm. I waited from 1030am till 4fucking30, then another hour+ while he installed. All goddamn day for a dishwasher and microwave install. Now I'm still missing my fridge. I call on black Friday to find out where that is. I'm given to who I'm told is the manager of appliances. She could not have been less interested in my missing fridge. Tells me she'll have the salesperson call me .. uh, yeah, you're supposedly his boss .. so maybe you should handle this? So Saturday the saleskid calls and tells me it should have been delivered on the 16th (same day as range) but its now the 25th and he's baffled about why it wasn't. But then says "the order said it should ship from the store but its supposed to come from the warehouse" and proudly declares that he canceled my order without bothering to contact me, but I could rebuy the fridge if I would like. So yet ANOTHER fucking mistake made by store personnel. So again, dumb? Or incompetent? So I will never step foot in Lowes again. I'm ordering my new fridge from Home Depot on Serene instead. And I decided to upgrade to a nicer model so HD is actually getting a little more $$ than I was giving Lowes. Also, I sent a lengthy email about this fuckery to Lowes corporate and they never bothered to reply, so its clear the lack of interest in their customers is a corporate wide problem. I'd suggest firing both this store manager, and the manager of the appliance department, but I'm certain no one in that company cares. The only 2 bright spots in this mess were the installers, who notably, are the only 2 people in this story who did NOT work for Lowes. Fuck you Lowes. And fuck the very specific employees of this very specific store. read more

A few friendly workers came up to us and asked if we needed any help. One in particular at the Lowe's, near the airport, on Eastern Jacob, in Tool World, was super helpful. He checked on us not once, but 2 times to make sure we found the exact tool that we were looking for (it's a pretty specialized tool). Really glad this store has such a wide selection because we found it! Never hire Lowe's for a home improvement !!! Nightmare ! It has been a YEAR of the transaction and no doors!!! Instead we have damages to flooring. We purchased interior doors thinking it was going to be an easy transaction at least how it was advertised. It has been a YEAR since the transaction and no doors Yet. Instead we obtained damaged flooring. Lowes is careless they don't care if they leave your home in an unsafe condition. They just pass the bucket to other people within Lowe's and extend the process. We have been living with this for a nightmare of a year! Racheal the store manager was great in keeping us informed until the case unknowing escalated that was three months ago. You would figure the escalation would help. But no..... the support team and the department of executive relations hasn't done anything. The only thing recently has been another assessment. Another one to add to the numerous assessments previously done to the property. Lowes did the initial measurements. Doors have been reordered endless amount of time. I have lost count!! Don't trust their measurements. They sell you on everything will be intact no further fixture from your side will be needed. That is incorrect they leave you with further damages. Lowes retained a business of champagne handyman service. Left me with flooring damages, damaged doors and damaged walls. Don't fall on their scam ! He showed me exactly where I could find two items on my shopping list and was friendly and kind. There should be more customer service people like him. I literally am at Lowe's 2-3 times a week. Literally every time I go there I get asked if I need help from someone in a blues vest and hat that are there pushing solar. They don't like hearing no. Really annoying. Then I went to look for hardware . I knew exactly what I was looking for. When asked if I needed help I said no thank you and the guy proceeded to watch me like I'm going to steal. On top of that everything is overpriced and unorganized. No one foes inventory of the drawers. This will be my last trip in there. I'll go to Home Depot or mcfaddendales for hardware. read more

Tonight I was extremely impressed by the customer service provided. I spoke to no less then 5 employees during my visit and each person was very friendly. Especially Allan and Danny who provided me outstanding one on one service and walked me to each item needed. Danny even asked if I needed additional help as the item was not big but it was a bit heavy. At one point when Allan was helping me, I even saw/ heard someone peek their head up over shelving to offer additional directions on where I could find one of my items. I didn't even know this employee was over there let alone could hear us. It's hard to find such detailed and personalized customer service. The staff time and attention was sincerely appreciated and I hope Allan and Danny receive some sort of employee reward for this review because they earned it. read more

Don't waste your gas or time coming to this location. I found a great deal for a stove/oven range and came by after I got off of work at 8am. My husband was waiting for me and he had already talked with an appliance sales associate regarding the stove. We walked over and 2 guys are tinkering away on the computer saying that when they are putting the appliance in the "cart," the discount is not being applied. One of the associate says ge is having issues with supply. Quite honestly I have no idea what he was saying, but it was a bunch of BS. Ultimately, we couldn't buy the one we wanted and they said they could sell us another one between $600-$800. The one we wanted is $474.50. We left, I did say out loud that this was a big waste of time, which the other younger sales associate responded "its not our fault." Yet, another excuse I did not want to hear. We left, I called lowes and bought the appliance through their customer service line in 20 minutes with a confirmed delivery date, as well as the discounted price. I had no problems with buying this appliance over the phone. The sales associate assisting me on the phone had no issues with charging the correct discounted price. From all of the most recent reviews of this location, everybody stop shopping there. The people working here are lazy, incompetent, and full of excuses of why they're horrible at their jobs. Drive a few more minutes to home depot on Patrick and Pecos. The customer service and knowledge of their employees is so much better. read more

we purchased a Refrigerator from Lowes , we opted not to buy the Lowes protection plan since the return policy on the credit card was thirty days and a 1 year warranty put out by the manufacturer . After a few days the freezer was not performing right , we called Lowes , who said since we did not purchase their plan , we would have to deal with the manufacturer , I asked since I had bought in on the Lowes credit card that I had 30 days to return it ,I was told that Appliances have to be unused and in the original box . How do you know its not working if it is still in the box . Should you have to pay an additional $250 for a company to stand behind a product that they sell. I signed up for Lowe's credit card because it helped me get a deal on a dishwasher and they gave me no interest for a year so I just pay $30 a month for the first year. Well, they sent me paper statements for three months and I called to pay my bill. I realized after the fourth month I didn't get anything in the mail so I called. Thankfully, I reached them a day before my $30 was due. I asked why I hadn't gotten anything in the mail and they said that they send paper statements for three months and then if you want them after that you have to pay $5.95 a month. I said I never was informed of this. They told me that they also email me my bill each month. I then went through my email files and saw I was emailed a bill in July, August and September but nothing in October and nothing in November. They transferred me to a supervisor and he could have care less about my situation. So I said I guess I have to be a mind reader to know when my bill is due. Again, he could have cared less. I will just pay off my full bill and will never shop at Lowe's again. read more

tried to get a nuvo water filter for manor and they do not have it but another lowes does but to far away for me. tried to special order but there system would not allow them to and talked with a manager and he said it was ITS fault that they could not order it. asked if they could pick it up at the other store and he said no the only way was to PAY $79 for delivery by ordering on line. Hi on my most recent visit I had a very positive experience with a Lowe's worker named Raquel at the store located at 5825 Eastern, when I arrived I had no idea how to find a split wedge, sometimes it can be complicated and confusing for "some of Us" specially when looking for a certain tool for the first time but fortunately Raquel approached me very kindly and asked me if I needed help and she took the time to look for the tool I needed on her device and through the corridors until she found it and she showed me the various different types of tools, she was very friendly, kind and patient with me and helped me to find what I was looking for, I walked out of Lowe's like a very happy camper Thank you Raquel!!! I needed a new washer and dryer and not only was he helpful he knew his product, answered all my questions and made sure I was getting what I wanted and not paying for more than I needed.
