I came in because of a crisis. Apparently, I lost my home key and I only had found one left in a drawer at my house. OMG! Well, since I had never had this problem in years, I had no idea about what had changed with key making and then people stating that there were self serve machines that did that. I am horrible with this new generation of self check out and kiosks and I am a Millennial (a technology inept one). So when I came in, I ended up asking a red shirt if this location did it and she told me I could do it myself or that there was one in aisle 17. OMG! I ended up going to aisle 17 and I looked at the machine not knowing what to do. Thankfully, an employee in a wheelchair caught me and asked if I needed to make keys. I then told him that I had no idea how to work the machine and he stated "It is not self serve. Phew!" People still do it for customers. I hope that option never goes away. It is a much needed service! All in all, I was able to get two made and now I am content. Life saver! read more

This is a nice store with a nice selection, but unfortunately management seems pretty lousy. Tracey will blatantly tell you that a customer spending more money is more important, and not even address the inconvenience of making you wait 15 minutes for a simple price adjustment on an incorrectly priced item. Honestly, the worst customer service experience I've ever had. If it wasn't a Christmas gift, I'd have left empty handed. read more

I've been here many times and still cannot get used to the layout of this location. I do wish all box box stores would lay out their stores the same or provide a directory kiosk so I don't have to walk the entire store layout searching for the one item I need. Parking is okay, but I don't see preferred parking for Veterans like I see at other Lowes. The Pro entrance has the best parking which suits me because I need things closer to the Pro entrance anyway. I do like the angled checkout stations at the Pro end that provide more room and ease for large loads on dollies. Every item that I have come here to buy has been in stock. I cannot say that about other brands of big box stores. Just, sometimes, they are hard to find. I do know that Lowes.com has aisle locations attached to specific items for stocked items but its hard to look up starting with getting the correct store loaded up and sometimes the information is not accurate. I do like Lowes for my building materials and home maintenance items. Prices are generally cheaper than the smaller hardware stores. There is usually a wider variety of choices as well. read more

I enjoy making a fire on these snowy days. I had one Enviro Log left and wanted to replenish my supply. Since I'm not shopping in-store these days, I went on the Lowes website to make sure they were in stock, opting to "Chat" with an Agent. This Todd's Road location had the Logs in stock, but they weren't available for online ordering/curbside pickup, only as an in-store purchase. Now, I'm not a regular at Lowes and only go to the Garden Center in season for plants or herbs. I'm not a fan of these mega stores with aisle after aisle of goods that I have to wander through to find what I'm looking for. Hence, my contact prior to avoid this. I don't frequent this location often. It's a smaller Lowe's location tucked away beside Richmond Rd. On this visit, I stopped by to get an item on my way home. Unfortunately, the item was not similarly priced, but the cashier took an active approach and asked the manger to consider comping the price so that it was similar to the other location. read more

I will go out of my way to try and buy from Lowe's in general, and this location is no exception. I could write a short story compilation about my several "above and beyond" customer service experiences at this location - from custom windows, to tub/shower, to toilet, to mulch, to lighting, to conduit, and so much more. At the same time that I have been buying all these materials, at times I had no choice but to get some materials elsewhere (you know the name). The difference was just so disheartening. I have to assume that this starkly different experience between the two businesses starts from the corporate level and company culture. I desperately hope that Lowe's never loses this wonderful way of doing business. I look forward to my trips to Lowe's, and I dread my trips to the other place. read more

We love Lowe's and this is not our usual Lowe's to shop since we live other side of town. We got Krispy Creme donuts for Saint Patrick's Day and m husband needed some things so this was our stop. This Lowe's seems consistent with other Lowe's stores. We al aye seem to look at the lights and spray paint. I enjoyed just getting out today so had a good time in the store. read more

The few times I've been inside this location, the workers were less than helpful. However, over the last two months I've used their curbside service multiple times and have found it to be much faster and more reliable than the other home store down the road. Went to the store to purchase a clevis pin. I know the store and I knew exactly where to go. The pins had there own special drawer. When I opened the drawer which had about 30 different sections. There was not even 1 item anywhere to be found. I then tried to find someone to help me but it was impossible to get an employee to recognize me. So, I left and went to Home Depot. I really wished that I would have taken a pic of the drawer but I didn't. Maybe I will go back later and get one. read more

I am a female Hispanic who speaks English with an accent remodeling master bathroom. I wanted light switches to include dimmers and USB's. I had a question about plate size to cover my GFIs as the packaging did not give me the opportunity to see size. I asked an employee and he was aggravated that I interrupted him. I reiterated that I did not want to make a return trip. Looking at my with what I perceived disgust, he said "I am going to proof to you that it fits" He ripped package from plate, fitted GiFs, placed items back into packages and threw items back in my cart. Superior service!!!!! I went to Lowe's today (16 June 2020) with no clue of what I needed for the electric hookups for my pool. Employees TK and Charlie in the electric products section, were super friendly, knowledgeable, professional, respectful, and very caring. They not only helped me find what I needed they took the time to explain to me how to do what I needed to do, and the best products for it! Brought in a riddle of an old, empty, dried-out paint can with little hope getting it matched to our local Lowes at about 20 minutes to close. We had a washer delivered that was installed incorrectly. We scheduled a time for a second service call and was given a time to expect them. When they called to say they were on their way, it was at a time outside of what we were told. We told the service people when we were told to expect them, and they said they would come then. We found a note on the front door saying they came and we were not there: actually, we were in the house at the time. I called the store where we bought the washer and was passed off to Danielle who identified herself as the manager on duty. She was unhelpful and her responses were mostly about how she and the store were not responsible. Her reaction to my growing frustration and agitation to her disinterest in solving the problem was to instruct me to stop talking and let her tell me her plan. Her plan was to reschedule me....with no assurance that the mess Lowe and their delivery people created would be considered. This is not the first time Lowe's has failed us in the delivery process. I have never felt the need to leave a review on yelp before. But this Lowe's has the worst costumer service. I went in looking for one single item, spent an hour looking myself, within that hour I asked for help about 15 min of getting there, they guy said he would send someone, never did. After about an hour of waiting for that guy and look at boxes of bolts. I went to costumer service as I approached the counter saying hello this girl turned to some guy walking in who was obviously her friend and talked to him for three minutes. After being so frustrated I almost walked out there, I just wanted one thing. I said I looked up and down the hardware aisle and can't find the right length of a certain thing I need, she told me to try two different aisles and she would send me help as she lifted the phone. Went to those two aisles it was door handle and sheets of metal...waited another ten infront of those aisles. No one came to help. I left very frustrated, will be trying Home Depot for what I need today maybe someone I ask for help will actually try to help. read more

Was in Lowes today and received great service from several people. Ally and Gary S. in the paint dept. were a great help. Ally was funny, fast, and helpful. Gary S. steered me to a better paint that was only a little more but would be better for what I am painting. Kathryn, the cashier, was fast and very friendly. Only reason this isn't a 5 star rating is that I had to wait a considerable time in the appliance dept. for someone to help me and the people that I tried to get help from were not all that friendly. read more

Today's visit was just okay for me as I knew more than the individual helping me and that is never a good thing when I'm not a professional and they are but all in all I like the store and what they have to offer. Ii went into the store and purchased a black stainless steel fridge after the sales associate went to the stockroom to verify that it was in stock. They tried to deliver a silver stainless steel. Never use this company to install anything. Hire a local company to do the job that takes pride in their work. Lowe's has changed the name on my project so even when I call in, they can't help me because the names don't match. They keep telling me oh goodness, your job isn't correct?
