I don't know why people are giving such bad reviews. a lot of places are understaffed, but I have always had super helpful people helping me here. I have had pick up orders of large amounts of soil, etc that i have had to fit into my little compact suv thing. The guys that have helped me out EVERY TIME have been the sweetest and most helpful. And it is not easy to fit that amount of stuff into a little SUV. They could have just left me out there with piles of soil and mulch and been like "Won't fit. Good luck." But they have ALWAYS helped out without acting put out. It has been a hard 5 years. Can we please just celebrate the good? These businesses are doing the best they can. The employees don't control how the store stocks, how many people can get hired, etc. Just be glad that there are some really nice and helpful people here! read more

A Penske truck #589587, rented by Lowe's was driving aggressively and was tailgating myself and others (2 foot) behind our cars coming into LR on east 30 at 4:08 pm on Thursday 9-10-26. The white truck was one that had the wheeled loader on the back with #222892 on the loader. This driver was an African American male approx. 30 years old, swinging his arms around while driving. Been in here a long time. No one answered the phone and no one came to isle 2 for a paint spray tip. They also won't take back things I bought and lot the ticket. Never pay with cash. The folks at the return desk are just standing around shooting the bull. I wanted a new spray tip and 15 gallons of paint. I guess I will take my stuff and go to the North Little Rock store. Waited 35 minutes. Told them three times I needed the lock unlocked. read more

Sometimes they are out of items but the staff are friendly and helpful. For what I buy they usually have better prices than Home Depot. And the quality is better. I think the parking is easier here also. read more

I waited 30 minutes for someone to help me in the garden center to help me load heavy items. The assistant paged someone 3 times and no one responded. I then went inside to customer service and the assistant paged again and again. Still no one responded. I am headed to Home Depot and won't be shopping at Lowe's again. read more

They have curbside but do not check it. sat there for 40 min, and they had no idea I was even there bc the pick up counter was closed. a kiosk by the customer service desk was facing away from the employees and not towards them. what sense does that make? If I could give Lowe's zero stars, I would. What should've been a simple dishwasher purchase has turned into one of the worst retail experiences I've ever had. Ever. We bought a dishwasher from Lowe's to replace our broken one, and from day one it's been a disaster: * Incompetent installation: The installer they sent couldn't figure out how to turn off the water under our sink (even though there was a shutoff right there). He claimed we didn't have a main shutoff at the house, so we had to get the city involved to install one. * Return nightmare: The dishwasher turned out to be too tall. Lowe's didn't want to take it back because it was just past their 30-day policy--but the only reason it was late was because of their own installer's mistake. After pushing through corporate and the store (neither of which communicated with each other), they reluctantly agreed to an exchange. But I had to do all the legwork myself, re-explaining the story every single time. * Endless phone runaround: Every time I called, I had to fight through their phone tree, get disconnected, call again, and eventually beg for help. I was bounced between corporate, the store, customer service, appliances, and installations like no one knew who was responsible. * Pick-up damage: When the old unit was finally picked up, Lowe's delivery crew sideswiped my neighbor's car, causing major damage--and then drove off without saying a word. My neighbor had to sue the third-party trucking company Lowe's uses, because Lowe's washed their hands of responsibility. * Lost dishwasher: We finally exchanged for a new dishwasher on July 28th, with a promised delivery of August 19th. Today is August 23rd, and Lowe's has no idea where it is. Corporate tells me to call installations; installations can't help and say they'll "try calling the manufacturer." One rep even mocked me on the phone when I asked for answers. At this point, I'm giving up and buying a replacement elsewhere (Metro Appliances). Lowe's has wasted TWO MONTHS of my time, caused damage in my neighborhood, and repeatedly proven that their customer service, logistics, and accountability are broken at every level. Bottom line: If you're considering buying appliances from Lowe's--don't. They'll take your money, waste your time, and leave you stranded when things go wrong. My experience buying a dishwasher and having it installed has been very frustrating. The one I ordered disappeared, but no one let me know, so I waited all day for the installer. Initially I could access only robots for customer service, and the store usually seems to have no one to answer phone calls. I finally got the number for off-site customer support, where people answer phones. Problems appeared to be solved by them, and another dishwasher was ordered, but the Lowe's app indicates I canceled my order, which is not true. Still no dishwasher. read more

My husband and I went to the West Little Rock Lowe's on Bowman on 12/3/23 to buy a fresh cut Christmas tree. We waited 25 minutes for someone to come and cut the bottom off the trunk and net the tree. The Cuatomer Service Desk worker Madi said that her manager Andrew had told her that the only people who could prepare the tree for us were either a manager, who was busy, or the outside garden worker, who was on his lunch break. Madi said she did not know when the break had started or when that worker would return. After 20 minutes, my husband went to the back of the store to look for a manager. He found two of them standing around chatting. The one who followed him out and finally cut and netted the tree said that no one had told him we were waiting for tree assistance. Went there tonight to buy a ladder that was suppose to be located on Aisle 11, Bay 7. Big Nothing! Big Nothing on every aisle and in top stock. I saw three cashiers and that was it. If anybody else was "working" on the floor, they were not wearing a vest. With the exception of buying a refrigerator, I have only shopped there 6 times since they opened. This is the third time since Thanksgiving that they did not have in stock what their app said they had in stock. And almost nothing is where the app says it is located. That is the bad news. The good news is I can order it online from a competitor when I get home. If loss prevention checks their video, they will not see anybody out on the floor helping customers. This is one of those "small Lowe's" - which is bad enough - but there is never anyone there that knows anything. Plus - I got the old "double tap" today - something I ordered online and picked up there came in 4 pieces short. This was $28 worth of material. I called the 1-800 customer 'dis'service line - and they said they can't do anything because I picked it up at the store - so I had to contact the store. So I contacted the store - they told me that I had to contact the -1-800 customer service because I had ordered it online. No one was willing to make this right. I'm done with Lowe's - really people - Home Depot is just down the street - and there are some great guys in the plumbing area and other locations that actually know stuff about the trade. Plus the Home Depot has everything you need - this Lowe's will only have 3 of the 4 items you need - and they will be more expensive - I guarantee it. If Home Depot DOESN'T have what you need - just order it from them. I've ordered things like gallon jugs of rust remover from the Home Depot website and it's cheaper online and DELIVERED FREE - when you live 30 miles from the store - you can't beat that with a stick! Crazy. But really - forget this Lowe's - 'head to Home Depot' instead. Or Ace Hardware - they are very knowledgeable about small electrical parts and brackets and things - and very helpful. I love the Ace Hardware and True Value stores in Little Rock - not a bad one in the lot. I always try to go there first. read more

From locating the last one in stock it wasn't on the floor to setting up installation and warranties as well as check out noticing a opportunity for an additional $30 savings to my purchase they absolutely were amazing read more

Want horrible service from employees who do not care, go to lowes! We tried calling for two days only to get an associate who sai they could not take our order. We go on line and could buy the product but could not schedule a delivery and had to go to the store. We go to the store and 90 min later leave having purchased the product and scheduled delivery. Installer goes to store to pick up the device but it's damaged. After the refund and rebuy fiasco, we find out that we have to wait another 10 days to get it installed. While at the store for the third time, I buy some replacement bulbs that an employee who stated "I'm a retired electrician and really know my stuff, they will fit" only to find out, you guessed it, they did not! Horrible customer experience! Stay away or proceed at your own risk. read more

Received good service buying appliance but horrible follow up when had to return damaged refrigerator, there were several issues with that and after 5 days of refrigerator in their warehouse after return I have not been given a credit. I bought a Dremel Lite from Lowes. Noticed the box had been previously opened but didn't check. Was missing, all attachments and charger base. Exchanged for another. Charged it and tried to fit an attachment. No go. Returned to store. Customer Service couldn't help and sent me to tools for help. No one in tools but did find the Dremel Lite I had previously exchanged back on the shelf still with no attachments. Got a refund on the 2nd Dremel lite I got from Lowes and went to Home Depot. Note: The Dremel Lite I had returned because of missing attachments was stuck back on the shelf for the next gullible customer who wanderers into Lowes to purchase. read more

I will never do business here again. I ordered double wall ovens. Delivery date was pushed back by 2 weeks right before the original delivery date so it took 5 weeks to show up. At least 3 different people told me the typo in my phone number was fixed. Never fixed. Ordered wrong size oven (my fault). Was told the only available replacement was over twice the price of what I ordered and would take 5 months to arrive. Pickup went without a hitch. Was told a refund would be automatically issued once the appliance was picked up. That was 9 days ago. Just called to check the status of the refund and was very abruptly and rudely told that, since I didn't use a Lowe's credit card, it would be 15 days. I will never waste my time and money here again, and I will be cross posting this review everywhere I can. read more

How to begin, well first, Thank you, to all of employees at that store who assisted me. All were helpful, knowledgeable and professional! Helpful to a fault! I believe this is the best Home Improvement store for my needs. I am sure some have had problems, but current times present overwhelming challenges. I am impressed with all at the store but really appreciate a management team that steps up and meets the challenge rather than hiding from them. read more

Do not purchase any appliances from this Lowe's on bowman road in LR unless you want to deal with people who have no idea what they are doing and love to cuss at you when you enter the store. They love to blame others for their own mistakes and argue over something that was clearly their wrong doing. We finally got the problem semi fixed (basically on our own) after multiple appliances that were delivered wrong three different times over a week span and them blaming us, we finally got the correct one only to notice that it was dented on the back. 10/10 don't recommend. Go elsewhere besides this store. Will not be back and manager also rude. Waste of time. read more

I went in to pick up 4 gallons of paint . I needed a paint color mixed . When I first got to the paint counter there was only one gentleman working . I told him what I needed along with another customer giving him his order. He was unable to help us so he went to get Corenisha ( not sure of the spelling) this young lady was Awesome , she took care of at least 5 different customers and filled up the paint machine all by herself while her counter part stood around watching and trying to talk to a customer about a gambling app. IF it wasn't for the young lady half of the customers Friday afternoon10/14/22 would have left without the product . This young lady not only knew how to do the job she was friendly , helpful and went above and beyond to help every customer I watched her with. Lowes you can't ask for better customer service than she gave. The gentleman was just the opposite and not sure how he even stays employed . read more

Attempted to get them to run my credit card and they refused bc they didn't havff Ed the item on the floor. Lost $400 bc one fan doesn't work and the other can't match anything else. We have never received such poor customer service as we did at Lowe's! My husband and I bought a washer and dryer from Lowe's on the 29th of May, 2022. They were to deliver the set on June 15. They did make their delivery appointment, however, the dryer was a platinum gray which we ordered but the washer was white! We refused the washer. I tried to call the store to tell them what happened only minutes after the delivery men left. The girl that answered the phone said she would transfer me to the manager. When she did, the phone rang for 10 minutes and then disconnected. I called back, got the same girl, and was told she was going to put me on hold and go get the manager. I was on perpetual hold for 20 minutes and did not talk to a single person! Then on June 20th, my husband got a call that the washer would be delivered the next day. He took the day off from work and Lowe's never showed up or called! He called the store and was told that the call he received was an automated message and someone should have called him back to tell him this because they said they didn't have a washer for us! Finally, on June 29, we went to the store. Chris, the assistant manager, came out to talk to us but all he did was take us to the man in appliances that sold us the set. The salesperson went to the back and sure enough, there sat out washer. He took us up to the customer service desk where we talked to Chris again and we were told it would be delivered to us on Saturday. Then, on Friday, July 1, my husband received a call from the warehouse saying that we needed to bring our receipt to the store before they delivered the washer to us so they could refund the first washer and charge the new one back to us. He told them absolutely not, that we took the receipt up there on the 29th and Chris and the salesperson we worked with saw it and they told us we were good to go. My husband had to demand to talk to a manager again and was assured that the washer would be delivered on Saturday, July 2. Today is July 2 and we still don't have a washer, we never received a phone call from them, I tried to call the store and after I let the phone ring for over 16 minutes, someone finally answered! She was very rude and hung up on me. Then my husband called and the phone rang for about 15 minutes. When someone finally answered, before he could even say "hello", he was disconnected. My husband then called the salesperson that we had been working with and the salesperson had Chris, the assistant manager, call him back. My husband told him that we wanted someone to come pick up the dryer and we want our purchase refunded. Chris never apologized for this humongous mess. He told My husband that we could bring the dryer back to the store to which my husband replied "NO" that they needed to come get it. Chris said he would set up a pick-up appointment but he wouldn't refund the money until the dryer was back in the store.... Who knows how long that will take! I am calling the home office with a formal complaint tomorrow and the Better Business Bureau!! read more
