This Lowe's is in a good location, right off Tamiami Trail, so it's easy access from almost anywhere. The store is smaller than other Lowe's stores, but parking is good and they have a decent selection of appliances, tools, plants and whatever else you may need. On a recent visit, I found a replacement garden hose, and if you need cleaning supplies, nails or lightbulbs, Lowe's is your store. They also have good deals on appliances, so far, we like the new washer. Price wise, they offered a better deal than some other appliance stores. I'd recommend Lowe's for various home improvement projects and plants for your garden. The store is clean, usually well staffed and the employees are helpful. read more

They said I should have returned it with in 48 hours but it was purchased before the weekend and we did not disco er it was not working until the weekend. So could not be returned until Tuesday. I've been in twice this week and found some of the employees hard to find, not helpful and rude. I asked for help several times and waited for help in the flooring department for 15 minutes. The gentleman in appliances and the woman at the service desk were pleasant, but unfortunately that's not enough to compensate for the other employees. I recently had a large order of bagged mulch accidently delivered to my billing address (in FL) instead of my home in MI. So that I wouldn't have to pay the 3rd party delivery service to come pick them up, one of the East Naples Lowes managers (Jesus) personally went to my home to pick up all 25 bags and return them to the store! beware !!! Lowe's does not support customers after the sale is complete! in August of 2021, we purchased a Frigidaire quiet pack washer/dryer laundry center. The purchase and delivery process went smoothly. We also went on to purchase a full suite of kitchen appliances in 2023. The problem arose last week, Jan. 2024. The washer began making an unusual noise. We pulled out the unit to investigate and discovered faulty/ incomplete installation. See photo. We are grateful to have discovered this BEFORE a fire event. The response from Lowe's appliance representative has been very frustrating. We expected them to correct this negligence of the installers and received no help. I was quoted a price for seven windows by a Lowe's salesman and he said the job would be done in 4 to 8 weeks. The price was great. After 6 weeks I went to the store and the saleman said I had to talk to the regional sales office. I contacted a lady and told her of my problem. Three weeks later with no response I was told she no longer worked for the company. They finally sent out a one man show that was sub contracted from the original sub contracter. He was terrible and when I complained to the store they had no answers. Never will do business again at this terrible low life store! read more

I was at ACE hardware strike 1 then went to TSC- tractor supply company just down the street strike 2. I usually dread shopping any weekend. I'm replacing the 5th wheel hitch with a goosneck hitch and wanted to put fresh hardware in since Ill have it all apart. I came here to find extra large bolts, locking washers and nuts (stop giggling) to replace the old ones. That were rusty and old. On a Sunday around 2:00 this place looked empty! Helloooo, hellooo, can you here me? I loved it, plenty of staff at the registers taking care of customer service. Why? Why IDK is this the calm before the storm? Attempting to order a kitchen at Lowe's! I got a quote from a kitchen cabinet store and had issues with them making time for us to draw my new kitchen out on paper. So I figured I would just go to Lowe's where I assumed I would get better service. I called my Lowe's location asked if I needed to make an appointment or was able to just come in. I was informed I did not need an appointment and just come in and talk to Diane? I did and Diane was talking with someone so we waited. She asked us what we needed and than asked if we made an appointment. We stated we called and they said none was needed to just come in and ask for her. She gave us attitude called someone else over to help us so we assumed the lady over the phone was wrong but someone was here to help us. We explained to Tom we wanted help with putting together our kitchen as we were getting no where from a prior company we tried to use. His first question was who were we talking about. We told him and immediately we were discarded he was not willing to work up a design or even try to sell us a kitchen. I asked why is this and was their cabinets better than this places or what was different? I than realized I was trying to get him to sell me a kitchen? Wow I was floored in my mind and took a step back we just agreed with him. He stated someone prior came in before checking numbers from same place and they were at 4K there and he was at 8k at Lowe's. He felt he wasted his time trying to help those folks. For one whoever is buying a kitchen for 4K must have been a studio apartment size because I have a small kitchen and mine came back at 9k and If he would have asked I could have told him it was not a money issue it was a service issue but he did not bother asking. Just refused to help us at all. Keep in mind a friend referred the last place that's the only reason I went but I just could not get a plan on my kitchen. I am very very disappointed in the way I was treated here and being discarded as a buying customer really floored me because I live on Marco island and we only have ace hardware which is great but they can only take you so far. So I have used this Lowe's on all my renovations since I moved here. Guess I will find another kitchen and bath company to deal with and stay away from Lowe's for big purchases from here on out. Got a call from the store to let me know the delivery date provided was not realistic and they will call me when the furniture arrived to set up delivery. I never received another call from them or the delivery service they used, I had to call them multiple times to determine status. On delivery day, never received any call on window for delivery until 30 min prior to delivery. Then when item arrived, the crew would not unbox the items for inspection, said they don't do that. we purchased Carpet and wood flooring for our bedrooms on Oct 2 2020 with in 2 weeks we were notified that the carpet was in , which we took everything out that was possible in those two bedrooms. They came in and installed the carpet. Then came the nightmare the Bamboo wood flooring showed up unannounced. The flooring was on a pellet and wrapped in plastic wrap. Call Lowes and they schedule install a week and half out. They then said the wood has to be in the house to Accurate. when the first set of installer showed up, they explained the wood was not Accurate process was done. They put off installing and we had to wait another week. Second installers can in and said the process was done in correctly and took moisture test. Cutting up the carpet to do so. They stacked the floor in the bedroom( Hay stack)They did not have the right glue was the next problem, no body follow up about the moisture test with the installer dispatch. Now our new install date is Dec 10th. We have the wrong items ship to us. No follow up from the store. We have had the house in shambles over Thanksgiving with family coming from out town. I called the South Naples location in hopes for a fix to a previous purchase. I spoke with the manager Bob and he said he could fix any problem. Let me tell you, he surpassed his statement. All associates involved with fixing my problem were friendly and eager to find a solution. For a major retailer, they made me feel like I was shopping at a mom and pop shop. I will never ever order online or in the store at Lowe's again. I am beside my self with the customer service I have received! I ordered a Whirlpool Washer online including the hoses, Recycle fee and a 3Yr Protection plan. This is a washer for a rental I have in Naples, FL. My tenant didn't like the delivery date they generated so she called to get it changed. It took forever for her to get through on the phone but finally got someone to help her. The associate said she had to delete the online order I made so that she could change the delivery date?! She proceeded to put together the order again as it was originally online. In doing this there is no longer an order # now but an invoice #. You would think that was ok but actually no one can look up anything on an invoice #?! I called to make sure the Recycle fee was added to the order because I had to make sure they took away the old washer. It was torture to get anyone on the phone to assist me. I finally got someone after 2 days of calling. The delivery came and all went well except the guy said he couldn't leave my tenant with a receipt??!!she had to take a pic of the receipt in order to get one. That is insane!! So now I see on the photo receipt no indication of my 3 Yr protection plan. How do I know I even have one now or were even charged for it? The charges on my charge card statement do not match up to what the receipts indicate. I have so many questions and need information and can't get through to even the Corp office!! Back in May I try to take back to metal bars at this Lowe's and was told without a receipt we can't take it back now try at a later time. So I figured with everything going on I'm fine with that away so I called in June and was told we're still not taking anything back without a receipt try another time. So being over the 90 days already I thought I'd give it a try and take it back today. So I went to the return desk in a lady called me over and I told her I didn't have the receipt and told her that I was told back in May that they weren't taking anything back without a receipt at that time. She looked me right in the eyes and basically called me a liar. She said there is no way anyone ever told you that in the store. And I said yes she did at exactly in this line the girl told me we can't take anything back at this time and she pointed to the sign on the plastic Glass that she was behind and it said something about COVID-19 so I walked out. So the lady said when did you buy it and I said probably back in March but I couldn't remember because this year has been just a total blur of everything that's going on. So then she left for about two minutes and came back and said my manager said we can't take this back because you don't have a receipt. I work for a place that does a lot of business with Lowes and I said that to her and she shook her head and put her eyes up to the sky and said we can't do anything for you. I told her I can go back to Home Depot at anytime with anything they never questioned me about anything I return why does Lowes give me such a hard time all the time. We suffered a Nightmare at Lowe's! We ordered a Shower Door and paid for Installation! The day the door was supposed to be picked up and installed we get a phone call from their contractor telling us that they could not find the door at the store. The following day my husband went to the store and it was there. They reschedule me for 2 weeks later we waited all afternoon for the installer to come with the door and it 10:00 to 5:00 we get a call and they're telling us that they cannot come to install because they were tied up at a job in Fort Myers. We also ordered three bathroom sinks when the installers came to put the sink in the countertop in one of the sinks was busted. My husband brought it back to the Lowe's they had no more in stock so we had to order it online. It arrives from Pennsylvania just thrown in a box that someone must have returned and they just put it back on their Shelf the sink was busted in pieces again we take it back for credit and we order another one and they tell us it would take a couple of weeks. No problem. My husband calls the store to ask when the sink was coming which mind you we had paid for, they tell my husband we see no order in our records. That store is very unprofessional you cannot reach a department by phone the phone continues to ring and ring and no one answers. I submitted complaints to their customer service department and no one has contacted us. I even sent an email to their CEO a Melvin Ellison, no return call no return email nothing. I went into Lowes garden area to purchase some flowers for around the house and what a difference from my last visit in January and previous visits. The shelves were full and such an assortment of flowers, bushes, hedges, etc. I noticed a women working hard stocking the floor with the assortment of stock and asked her if she was new since I have seen a big change and haven't seen her face before, she replied "yes, I started a week ago as a vendor for Gardenvision, is there anything I can help you with?" Bought 4 kitchen appliances fridge, stove, MW, DW, with the stipulation I didn't want it delivered for a month because I was in the process of gutting the kitchen. I was told that wouldn't be a problem. 48 hours later they're on the phone wanting to deliver it. I was a little ticked but thought there was some sort of miscommunication. Over the next two weeks I must have been called 5 more times even though I told them I didn't want it for a month. Finally I went back to the store and personally talked to the Install Dept and I was promised everything was straightened out. 4 days later I get a voice mail informing me they're delivering the appliances tomorrow giving me a 2 hour window! I was livid!!! Called again and spoke to the Assistant Mgr and I wasn't to happy. After going off on her ( I later apologized) I was assured AGAIN everything was taken care of. The very next day we went out for lunch got home and there in front of our home is a truck ready to deliver our appliances. Called on the phone and they hung up on me. Wonder why??? To Whom It May Concern: I was in your Lowes store #2261 on Saturday October 13, 2018 at 18:38 and had a conflict with one of your customer service Personnel on that date. I needed to have my credit card looked up which Elle did for me. She proceeded to ring up my items, a Grab bar, 3 small flashlights and a timer. Then she walked away from me. I needed a bag to exit the store. Elle when to ring up another customer, I stated I needed a bag, but it fell on deaf ears of both the personnel behind the Customer service counter. I stated it again but no one seemed to hear. I nugged the other counter personnel girl on her right arm, who was on the phone, for a bag. She stated sharply and loudly, "Don't you touch me". I stated I need a bag. She stated "don't you lay your hands on me". In amazement, and truly exhaustion, I stated forget the bag. She said "You got that". As I was approaching the door, "I stated you don't have to be a *****to me, I just wanted a bag." She called at me, "what did you say?" I repeated it to her, as she was very wrong to talk to a regular customer in that manner. "You don't lay your hands on me", as she was bobbing her head. I told her she didn't have to get all Ghetto on me, she is working and needs to be aware of customers. "Your ghetto" she stated. I stated I can call the manager from my phone. I left the store. I called the store when I got to my car and left off my stuff in my car.. I went to the lumber check out and called the store on my phone. Finally a manager (a female) did answer the call and I asked for her to meet me in lumber, register 1. A man came down and was answering another customer's questions and then he stated can I help you. I stated I was waiting for a manager and he stated he was one. I told him the event, as I am telling you. It is important to state that the whole time the person I had the conflict was on the phone with another customer, speaking to me in the manner that she did. The other phone customer had to hear her as she talked loudly, rudely and out-of-turn to another customer. I am a regular customer, and actually that day I passed 2 Lowe's and 2 Home Depot, as the Job I am working at is in Fort Myers, but I usually stop at the one close to my home, which is this store. In fact on Tuesday, I spent over $1000 for sinks, garbage disposals, and faucets. I will shortly be working on a entire kitchen renovation in the next couple of weeks. As well as a Garage renovation coming up at Thanksgiving. I make big purchases at least 4 to 6 times a month. I did not appreciate the girl's response to a simple and non-malice nug, and I do not believe Lowe's wants this to be the person that customers need to interact with. Not only was she rude and belligerent to me, but the customer on the phone was witness to the event as well. She was not aware of other customers in her area. even when I came up and was waiting to be checked out, as she was facing me. Elle had to move from her station to assist me. The girl in the Lumber check- out immediately acknowledge me even tho I was just standing there. We purchased a washer and dryer and schedule delivery for 4 days after purchase which fit our schedule perfectly. Upon their arrival, the delivery people told me they could not hook up the gas dryer because the gas line they were given did not fit. The Lowe's location I bought the washer and dryer from is located less that 5 minutes from my house. I asked the driver to please wait so I can drive over and get the right line. He initially refused to do so, then upon asking a second time agreed. I called Lowe's and a person from Customer service took down the dryer model number and told me to come pick-up the line directly form her as she knew the driver was waiting. Upon my arrival the new box was waiting for me and I gave her the old one. I noticed it was the same and told her that. She mentioned that it was possible that there was a connection missing from the original box so I took the new one and left the store. Upon my arrival back at my house the driver had left. I then went back to the store, and the appliance department manager got on the phone with delivery but only after giving me a debate as to what should have happened. I pointed out that I was leaving town the next day, and this needed to be connected today. After 35 minutes, he got off the phone and told me the driver would be back to finish the install after his route and it would be connected. The manager also told me the driver stated that I refused to allow the line to be installed because I insisted on a stainless steel gas line. This never happened and I explained to the manager he was lied to. I then asked if he knew when I should expect the driver to return and while he wasn't certain he agreed that it should be approximately between 6p and 7p that night. I should note that this install started at 1p when the driver showed up. I waited until 7:15p and called the deliver phone number and spoke with a person who after 45 minutes on the phone with him told me the route was finished for the day and the driver was not coming back to finish the installation. I asked four times to speak with a supervisor and he told me four times that no supervisor was available. I then went back to the Lowe's store and met the assistant manager of the entire store. He apologized and told me I needed to re-schedule the installation to which I explained for the third time this was an issue. He then gave me a credit of $160 against the purchase so I could get a local installer to complete the job stating that the gas line I bought form Lowes was correct. I delayed my departure and got an installer to come to my house the next day. He showed me that the line I bought was in fact the wrong size and he sold me a new one of the correct size from his truck. Total cost to install: $225.00 I then went back to the Lowes and spoke with both the assistant store manager and the appliance department manager and told them the situation. They apologized stating that in fact :Lowes had made an error. They took the gas line box form me and issues a refund for the gas line which took and additional 30 minutes to do. All this time standing at the customer service counter I asked why the store manager's picture was hanging on a sig inviting people to contact her however there was no name to ask for which suggests she doesn't want to be contacted. I got no response. This entire experience is not acceptable and I would like to be contacted to understand how you are planning to: 1. do better for anyone who comes after me. 2. Reveal the store manager name so people aren't kept from contacting her. In my opinion, Lowes needs to reply to my review so I can modify it or if not my 1 star review stands, BUYER BEWARE! read more

I am calling Lowe's in Naples to inquire about a bathtub which I need to purchase. I have been on a loop, and after 22 recordings and 22 presses of the "O" button, a woman picked up and I could hardly understand what she said. I asked her if this was Lowe's and she said "yes". I explained what I was looking for, and I think she said she didn't know if they sold tubs but she said something else which I could not understand and I was on hold again. The line started ringing and no one picked up. Eventually, I was routed back to the info. loop recording, which again, I pushed the "O" button. It replied with a fast busy signal and then the line disconnected. This took approx. 38 min. of my time with not a clue whether they had some tubs I could inspect. Went to the door department, no one there. Walked around the area and waited for 20 minutes; no one came. Another lady joined me at some point. Went to customer service to see if they could page a sales associate for that department. Was met by a middle aged lady with long blond hair and glasses. She said "be with you in a moment" while she went off to reorganize some papers and then went to a different counter to wait on someone else who wasn't there before. She never did come back as I watched her wait on one person after another. Finally, another person took notice and offered to page for me. No answer. She tried others in nearby departments; no answer. She finally just threw her hands up in the air and said she didn't know where the door guy was and couldn't find anyone. Very disappointed with Lowes customer service!! On 2/20/17 went to the store to buy kitchen cabinets. Borrowed a friends truck to bring them home.... what we found was pallets blocking the way of the cabinets. Went to the customer service area by the cabinet department and was told if we could get the item #s "sara" would deliver them for free today. Ok fine, my husband and I proceed to climb over pallets full of boxes to get the item #s. Go to pay and the young girl wasnt going to give us the 20% off because she doesnt have a barcode to scan. I took the day off of work for this delivery! I call the store and sit on hold for 10 min and miracle-sly they are loading my 11 cabinets now. No Im sorry, nothing i start to ask the woman the address they are being delivered to and she hangs up on me!!! Oh how We miss Cecil!! John K in the garden center dept is good. He knows the plants well & is very helpful. He helped me load my suv with lots of soil & mulch plants two days this week etc. Another guy named Brian I think is also good. Usually it is maybe hard to find help in a big garden dept. but these guys are available & helpful. read more
