We made our selection and could not be happier. Within the week, we were back at the store buying a new light for over our kitchen table. Sara is knowledgeable, professional and just really listens to what the customer is looking for. The store has an amazing selection of fans, lighting, mirrors and other must haves. We ultimately couldn't afford the designer patio furniture sold here and went next door to their Polywood store. After choosing over $10k in polywood items I checked Costco.com. The price was $3k lower and I was trying really hard to understand the difference in the price. The salesman was great, explaining that they provide assembly, delivery, warranty etc. But I wasn't entirely sure that was worth the difference in the price. So together we went next door to chat with the general manager. It's the same general manager for both stores. His vibe was way off. He didn't shake our hand. He didn't speak to us with respect. He made us feel poor (which we are not!!) And ultimately was unwilling to make any concessions on the price. He literally could have thrown us a $200 discount and we would have finished the deal. But we were made to feel so inappropriately low we walked out, logged straight onto Costco.com and saved a ton of money. There was no problem with the delivery or condition of the items. Assembly was simple and took only a few minutes each piece. And there was no missing hardware. Thank goodness for that. Since I apparently can't afford any extra screws. **I usually don't read reviews before leaving my own. Though I stumbled upon several other reviews for this location and their North Naples location from people with the same experiences. Nobody should be made to feel low, stupid, poor or whatever. No question is a dumb question. They literally lost $10k worth of business over how we were treated. So if you're looking for super high end furniture, don't care about the price and don't care how you'll be treated... sure go there. Otherwise I would look for some other place to shop.
