I immediately knew that this wasn't going to go well. Once we got to the job site to drop off the shed he suggested I cut down my fence, which I can't, or to go hire another guy from Home Depot. Unacceptable. When I told him the job wasn't complete, and now I have to move the shed on my own with my own people. He still demanded full price "cause he is out of his area." Meanwhile on Yelp if you look them up it will show that they easily cover Orange County. Save your time and money and go with someone who is actually a professional and finishes the job.

The communication throughout the entire process was atrocious. If you were lucky enough to get someone to call you back, everything they said was a lie. After the shed was built onsite, I discovered that, due to its size (12×20), a permit was required. When I inquired about this, they told me it was my responsibility to obtain the permits. Leaving such a crucial task up to the customer is absurd. I spent months going back and forth with them about permitting, which eventually required an engineer to approve the specs. Fortunately, I anticipated issues and documented everything--I have recordings and emails of all the lies I was told. One of the main representatives who misled me is no longer with the company, according to the last person I spoke with. Oh, and I was told that l'm a "difficult customer/project" and that's why I don't hear back. I guess demanding an update after 8 attempts of Months of trying makes me a "difficult customer/project" Beware of this company. There is no way they should continue their business practices this way. I strongly advise against using Ulrich Lifestyle.

His team installed a trench drain and carefully graded the area so water flows exactly where it should. He was always responsive, easy to communicate with, and his pricing was very fair. Day 1: Digging, adding soil, and grading Day 2: Trench drain installation, more hand grading, soil compacting Day 3: Soil compaction and rebar placement Day 4: Concrete pour On pour day, his crew showed up strong, about 10 people on site by 5:30 AM, even during a heat wave. They worked efficiently to stay ahead of the curing process and used an additive in the concrete to prevent rapid water evaporation, so we didn't need to keep watering it afterward. Three days later, they returned to remove the forms, and Juan personally did a final walkthrough to check for any issues or cracks. They are an actually Rock Quarry and make a lot of their own rock. Which makes prices competitive. I purchased the 3" Minus Gray crushed Rock. They filter & screen their rocks for consistent sizes also. That was a deciding factor for me. A lot of gray crushed rock at the other places were to varried in size and most on the smaller side. Most of mine were between 3"-4". Customer Service is great and unique. You can talk with a Sales person over the phone and/or go directly to the yard to view/purchase your rocks. Loading is effortless. They will load directly into your truck and any that fall off the loader, you can pick up and load into your truck. They also deliver for a competitive rate.
