I waited until 4:40pm for a manager with a scheduled appointment and the manager decides to take lunch when I clearly had an appointment set. What happened to customer service? This manager obviously doesn't appreciate my time and believes that hers is more valuable than the customers she serves for AT&T. Something needs to be done to correct the issues at this store.
