It's Time to decorate for Christmas so of course when my hubby is going to Lowe's, I'm going with him!!! Immediately when you walk in, you see Christmas Trees decorated & lit up!! Then against the wall you see the outdoor decor, which I immediately head over to! They have many inflatable items for your lawn up high on display but of course my eye went right to the nativity sets. OMG, they had this absolutely gorgeous nativity set that I really really wanted but it was for indoor use only. Of course, I'm like begging my hubby to build me an outdoor manger so I can buy this beautiful set but he's looking at me like I'm nuts. I'm like, "Honey, I know you can do it, I'll even help and then we can get hay and put it inside & then shine a flood light on it!" He's like, "umm, our kids are in their 20s, the dog doesn't care & we're not having company & we're too old for this sh**. " Well, obviously I'm just a big kid bc I was getting so excited like a kid on Christmas morning! Lol So, I didn't win on that but he compromised on a smaller outdoor plastic nativity set for the lawn. Then, walking down the aisle I see a big: as in I could've climbed & sat on her except the sign said, do not sit or climb on. So, here I go again..."Honey, she's so pretty! She can be on the lawn near the nativity set eating grass & hay!! Needlessly to say....Thanks Lowes!!! I now have a nativity set on the lawn with "Delilah the Deer" (that's what I named her, lol) eating hay with a spotlight on all of it! 5 Stars All the Way! read more

This Lowe's is an absolute disaster, nearly impossible to get a person on the phone, even harder to get a manager. They never call back, they show no interest in solving any issues. Spent over $3k in the last month in appliances, dishwasher was delivered w/ a major dent, no solution from Lowe's, now this week a Genesis Grill we spent over $1500 on is not working after being assembled in the store, and still nothing from Lowe's or management. I'm not a homeowner (again & yet) so this store is almost repugnant to me, but I go for our sweet and spoiled rotten hamster, who uses their cheap sand for his potty, yes, his potty! (50 lbs. for under $5.00!). I got that as usual, but before, had fun picking out a faux pre-lit Christmas tree for the man, and I also got two poinsettias for myself and him. Nov 2023 we made our purchase for the bundle of LG appliances( ya know the one where you don't know if the price is going up or down). It was delivered the 2nd week in December. WE WERE NEVER TOLD OF THEIR 30 DAY POLICY!! EVER! We did not have the appliances delivered into our home as we are remodeling the kitchen- The refrigerator did not fit in the trailer we got to hold these brand new appliances, so the delivery guys(driving a Lowe's delivery truck) took the fridge out of the box and thought they could get it to fit- it did not(too tall) so they brought in in our house, sat it in the corner of our dining room and there it sat(with packing material still on) until the the 6th of Jan. As I was taking the protective film off and removing packing foam on the outside & inside, I noticed damage to the corner of the freezer door. We drove to Lowes on Sunday and to speak to someone regarding the damage, instantly, the person said "its outside the 30 day" can't help! I asked for a manager and she/Michelle called and no-one came- she left us standing there for 20 minutes while she went looking for the "manager" she returns with the "ASM" who repeats the "policy" of 30 days. I specifically asked him if was the Asst. Store Manager and he claimed yes! He took my information and said that he would speak with the store manager and the store manager would call me on Wednesday- well, here we are, its Thursday, no call, nothing. I called to the store to get the Store Manager, and was told again, he wasn't there, asked for the ASM Dave and was told they didn't have a an ASM by the name of Dave, that his name was Will and that Dave the the Dept. manager of HARDWARE-asked for the Corp # to Lowe's and was given the wrong # twice-called another store- just to verify I wasn't being jerked around and was given a completely different number to Corp.! I pulled the Corp. # from the website, called and spoke to a "corp" customer service person to have her repeat their "30 day" policy. She took my complaints, clearly many at this point and said that she would forward to the Store Manager for him to reach out to me.. so here we sit- more days wasted- further and further away from the "30 day Policy" So word to the wise- don't buy your appliances from Lowe's if you can't open with 48 hours of receiving them- take pictures upon pictures- event he BOX- cause we have that game going- "how do we know we didn't get it delivered to us damaged" return, complain, whatever you need to do to within the 30 days- or simply, buy elsewhere, like it was suggested to us! JUST SEND US THE FREEZER DRAWER OF THE THE UNIT WE PURCHASED, WITHOUT DENTS,SCRATCHES OR DAMAGE- THAT'S ONLY FAIR! They don't even deserve the 1 star rating. I've done installs for lowes and am a plumbing contractor and I wouldn't send my worst enemy here. The department "professionals" have no idea what they are talking about, are not helpful one bit and for some reason the managers are always in meetings so they claim. Was promised one thing over the phone and when my customer arrived that promise changed. Spend the extra money to get quality product and warranty from a supply house. read more

Customer service is non existent in this store. They have a blind department, but no one ever seems to attend to this department. The product displays are there, but no one there to help you. They really need to step up their customer service. I remember a time, when there was a sales associate in every isle to help you. Now it's a "man hunt" to find any one at all in the store. I have had an on going terrible experience with Lowe's. After dealing with problems with an install of closet doors in January of 2024 we were once again stood up by installation repair today 6/28/24. The managers of the store Mike and Vincent hide from every call we make and promised us hundreds of dollars on discounts of merchandise but are NEVER available when we are there to make a purchase. Today they promised to arrive between 4-6pm to never arrive and have no answers when we call. Corporate hung up on me and I was totally civil and calm even though we have been consistently lied to by everyone at Lowe's from installation, store management up to corporate. I literally had to put one of my dogs down today but kept the appointment because of the ongoing problem of my pantry door falling off the tract several times a day. They never showed up and wouldn't talk to us when we called. We have owned 3 houses and used Lowe's for decades for household repairs upgrades gardening lawn mowers grills lawn furniture I could go in and on. Never again. I have never dealt with such poor management, straight up liars, everyone wanting to pass the buck. Total disgrace. read more

It seems home improvents or projects are never ending (at least my hubby makes it seem that way). I know the first place we head to is Lowes. They seem to have everything needed and I of course stand there dazed and confused while he searches through the aisles of gadgets trying to explain how he will use each one...gotta love him. This location is great! They have some awesome sales on garden supplies and they are always so nice and helpful in finding things you need. Bought washer and dryer Feb 12, was told itd be delivered 1-2 weeks. It got delivered finally over 3 months later. No discount. Deliver/install guys were great. Started calling after a month and a half of not hearing from them and I always got the runaround. Tried to blame Covid although that didnt start to effect anything in U.S. until the night of March 11. "Our truck comes Wednesday maybe itll be on that delivery." Every week over and over. Noone took the time to see the job through and give me a straight answer of where my items were. Terrible. read more

The customer service in the wood cutting department sucks at this Lowe's. I always get my MDF board cut here & there's always a long wait. But this time was a pain in my ass. I've been waiting here for over 20 minutes (as I'm writing this). The staff on the loud speaker asked for someone to assist me 3 times. And still no one. Why have a wood cutting machine if no one is going to be here to cut wood? I get that this may not be a main priority for the wood cutting section of the store, but is this not apart of the job description? I've shopped at this Lowe's for 20 years, but I'll be switching to The Home Depot full-time after today. I ordered a refrigerator and scheduled delivery for today. I arranged my day around the four-hour window we were given (9a-1p). No problem; it's to be expected. When the four-hour window came and went, I called the store. On my sixth call, I actually got a person, who offered to connect me with Deliveries. Since that number was not answered the first five times, I asked for a manager...disconnected! Two more calls, and I finally was able to talk to an ASM, whatever that is, apparently some kind of manager. He tells me that the store has nothing to do with the shipping company. So essentially they sell me the product, set up the delivery, and wash their hands of it. When I explained that I bought a dryer from THD recently and had no such problem, the response was, "I guess they have a better delivery company." Really?! It seems as long as they have my money, they don't care whether the delivery company they use makes their store look bad. The manager tells me that the delivery company tried to reach out to me--confirmed my number and no way did anyone try to call; I've had my phone attached to me all day to avoid any problems--to tell me that I was "pushed back." After getting the delivery company's number, I called and got an automated message that my estimated delivery time is between 12:30 and 4:30. So now my four-hour window is a 7-1/2 hour window! Thank you for ruining my entire day and for not caring about it--a sincere apology would have gone a long way. I'll take my money elsewhere from now on. Update: I'll spare the details, but the fridge arrived 6 hours, 16 minutes after the end of my four hour window. Delivery guys not only dropped and scratched it, but also broke my storm door. I was to give less than one star. I ordered a dishwasher, washer, dryer, and stove from this Lowe's. The washing machine was delivered with a dent. The dryer was back ordered and no one contacted us to communicate this issue. I had to call and ask for a status on the dryer. The stove had a dent as well and the third party delivery service was told I knew of the dent and still wanted it delivered. Wrong! The dryer was finally delivered two weeks later. They sent another dented stoved a week later and if I hadn't noticed the dent before the drivers left no one would have shared this information. The window for this delivery was between noon and 3PM. The delivery company kept moving the time until the 9PM delivery. The worse part is a week and a half after no stove eta I called and no one reordered the stove. My order totally fell between the cracks. When I visited the store to get an eta they were not sure if I was refunded or if it was reordered. Finally the stove was reordered and they did not honor the delivery time as promised. read more

I have had the most pleasant experiences shopping at this Lowes Home Improvement store. Tim (the store's General Manager) has gone above and beyond to make my experience such a great one that I had to take time out of my busy schedule to leave this review. It's not easy to make such a huge store run smoothly but with Tim behind the wheel controlling the store I can assure you that your experience will be the same.
