Terrible customer service! I had a defective can of spray paint that I wanted to exchange within an hour of purchase. I showed the lady pictures that it was oily and wouldn't cover. She sprayed it on her trash bag and said it was fine. Accused me of trying to get more spray paint. Shameful! I try to shop local and support small business even though their prices are exorbitant. Never again! Go to Home Depot or even Walmart where they stand by their products. read more

I LUV this store !!! They stock the only soft toilet seat that fits my 3 fixtures perfectly and that installs with no tools or threaded nut to fasten - easy off/on in seconds. The employees are very helpful and go out of their way to ensure I leave with exactly what I need. The owner immediately responds if someone is attending to a customer. I always get walked to checkout with my item. The big box stores are impersonal, and I've received bad advice from them in the past. read more

Have been coming and overpaying here for years because it's local. Today when in the store I was asked 3 times by the same employee "what are you looking for" while being looked up so that was fine. Then the same employee Joe followed me around then told me I was not allowed to take pictures even through I was not. Pretty strange. Then Joe asked me to leave. Then Kevin, another employee accused me of stealing. I have never stolen anything and I am a fairly regular customer here. If you're worried about stealing get cameras. Pretty sad way of doing business. Should not have treated a previous customer this way. Super embarrassing experience. Will be driving the extra distance to Home Depot. read more

Was treated very rudely by the woman working the register. After paying and signing the credit card machine went out side to get the refilled propane tank. After walking out she came running after me telling me I didn't sign by calling me " DUDE YOU DIDN'T SIGN". I replied I did she say yes and turned back. read more

The women who attempted to assist me totally created the wrong copy of a key that I needed today to be made correctly. I called after I went all the way home and her response was totally unsatisfactory! "I need to come back next day and I must have made an error in creating your key"! No sympathy or being truly sorry for her unprofessionalism. Not going back!! So much for support a local hardware store. read more

We were looking for plastic Adirondack chairs late in the season and everywhere was out. We stopped in to see if they had any in stock. They special ordered them for us, called us when they arrived and loaded them into my car. Really great customer service. Great experience. Everything about this place is great - selection, prices, store layout/cleanliness - but the staff is especially helpful and friendly. I've been in several times with some unusual requests and they've helped me out every time with great enthusiasm.
