However, when we showed up, they mentioned that they didn't have any empty system and they will have to reschedule our class. We live 30 mins away from the location and that was extremely frustrating. They had tried to call us 20 mins before the start of the class to mention that it was cancelled, however I was driving then. I just don't understand why cancellations notices cannot be sent at least a day in advance. It's such a waste of time for parents to drive 30 mins each way and then be told that class is cancelled.

I can be a bit of a drive (out West in Loxahatchee) but it's worth it. It's hard to describe in words how much fun this truly is, particularly with these unique instructors that make you feel at-home, no matter your age, shape/size, athletic ability, or fear of heights. I've seen old-and-young, fit and not-so-fit, and just about everyone we've watched has had a great time. If it's your first time, you don't need to have any experience of special ability, not that I'm aware. We've watched 8 year old children pick it up quickly. Here's a quick preview of what to expect: For the first 20 minutes or so, they'll give you a tutorial and work with everyone in a group. Typically there will be roughly 10 people involved. Next they'll have people line-up to head up the ladder and try the trapeze. They have safety harnesses and there does not appear to be any serious risk. Yet your brain will tell you that you're not in a harness, while your heart beats in exhilaration. In fact, every time I've visited trapeze, I've completely forgot that I'm harnessed and adrenaline is in high-gear. After three attempts to get the basics down, they'll allow you to try a catch. This is where you let go of one bar and you are caught by an instructor swinging on another bar. After each session, you'll fall to the net, doing a flip that will come natural. Here again, they counterweight the harness so that you aren't risking your life. Once you finish, you'll watch the others in your group. About ten minutes later it will be time for you to go again. By the time it's over you'll feel exhilarated. And if you've never done it before .. The next day your muscles will let you know that you've moved parts of your body in a way they've never moved before! The price is about $50 per person and the experience lasts about two-plus hours total. One final tip: Before you arrive, take a look at their website to get a list of tips/FAQ's. There are certain types of clothing, etc -- that make a better experience for everyone.

They absolutely care about their players. They try to put players in the best positions for both the team and the child. Some parents think their kids should only play one position and then they don't learn any other positions so therefore, the child thinks that as well. Parents should be teaching their children to be TEAM players and not individuals. Kids should be learning what it is like to be on a TEAM. If they don't want to play as a TEAM PLAYER then they should go play tennis, or ping pong or an individual sport, of which soccer is not. Royal Palm Beach teaches children how to play in a TEAM environment and how to get along with others. If you want to go elsewhere, feel free since the grass is allegedly greener on the other side. They send us pictures every day, which gives us so much peace of mind, and they are always very careful and detail-oriented with everything they do. Our baby has reflux, and they have been incredibly supportive and knowledgeable in managing her needs. They also helped us quickly resolve a diaper rash using the right care and products--something we truly appreciated as new parents. What stands out the most is how genuinely caring they are. Our daughter has been there since she was just 3.5 months old, and they not only cared for her, but also for me as a mom.
