He was genuinely interested in helping me, worked with me on pricing, and couldn't stop making me laugh throughout the process. I brought my car in the next day for them to take a look at it, and Shawn assisted me when I arrived. He was extremely friendly and gave me great recommendations for work I should consider getting done. I decided on the work I wanted for now, and then I didn't even have to leave my car with them right away -- they let me take it home and come back later in the week. They got all of the work done the day I brought it in! Everything was done very well -- the paint, installation of the new rear bumper, and replacement fuel door. The crew they have working there does a great job and works very hard. I was extremely pleased with my experience and will definitely be coming back for more work in the future. Instead of taking responsibility and addressing my concerns, I felt like I was being brushed off and given excuses. The entire process was stressful, frustrating, and extremely disappointing. Our Nissan rogue flashed a warning that there was no oil in the car and to pull over immediately. Which we did. We were confused because there didn't seem to be any oil leaks, and the oil plug looked like it was still in place. (my husband neglected to tell me he stopped checking the fluid levels monthly.) As our previous auto mechanic closed his shop, we hadn't had a chance to find a new one. So we looked on yelp and noticed clutch auto was only a few miles away although they seemed fairly new. They had only a couple reviews, but they were positive. So I decided to give them a try and called them and made an appointment for the same day and had the car towed to them. They did a full inspection and did not see anything wrong with the oil other than it needed it. They suggested an oil change however their inspection showed that there was some work that needed to be done on the suspension I requested photos however they had already taken them, which really impressed me seconds later they sent me a full report, including photos showing what needed to be repaired and why. By the end of the day, all the work was done. And I picked it up the next morning. I'm really impressed that they did NOT try to say other work needed to be done, as most other places would. Instead they were honest and explain that they would consider the suspension was in the yellow zone needing to be done soon, but could be put off a little bit if necessary. The cost for a full synthetic oil change was much less than five minute oil, However, I asked if they had a senior citizen discount they did not however they did have a 10% off first time customer discount, which brought the full job (oil change/suspension work) significantly in price.

Because why did it take nine hours just to inspect my car and write up a report, and no one even called me? Then I show up before closing without receiving a phone call about anything on my car, because they didn't ask if they could keep my car overnight or approve on any work being done. When I get there, my car's been ready for hours, but the report still wasn't done. When I asked, he said he just hadn't gotten to it yet, even though there were only two cars ahead of me and I had one of the first appointments. It only took him 5 minutes to write the report... After I receive this report they say they have only found *some metal in my fluid. And when they explained it, they weren't concerned or even say I shouldn't be driving it. However, my car broke down a day later on my way home from work because my transmission basically exploded. They don't know what they are talking about and just wasted my time.

I specifically said the issue had nothing to do with the hardware, said the AC had been tested by Firestone but you insisted it needed the condenser. You tried to charge MORE then OEM for an aftermarket unit (that is not as good as the 13 year old OEM that was in there as proven by the higher vent temp) I refused to be robbed and let others know. At the end all I asked for was a conversation with management, that is still too much to ask for so I will continue to remind people that your shop is a rip off.
