(My wife was not happy that I was even considering hiring a contractor with only one Yelp review!) However, having a construction background myself, after speaking with Sal I had a very good feeling about his abilities. Despite multiple visits to my home for touch-ups, their work remained defective, with damages reappearing and some tasks left incomplete. I followed up several times after the initial repair, but they failed to respond. They finally contacted me in 2026, dealing directly with the owner, Ophir Levin. He claims no notice was received, despite my consistent follow-ups and evidence to the contrary, and insists I am out of warranty, even though documentation proves otherwise. Please review the attached photos for reference. Their work is clearly defective and has caused rainwater to penetrate through the same areas as before the new flooring was installed.
