From the start, Sean came to give the estimate but also ready to do business. Not high pressure, but he kept working with the pricing and listened very well to what I wanted. He was prepared and since he was my third and best estimate, we signed the contract on the same day! He was also responsive later to my questions. The workers showed up promptly on the date expected and Valentin the project manager reviewed what I wanted. He is also a good listener. The workers were friendly and clean and clearly knew what they were doing. In 3 1/2 days I had a great new backyard with turf, new paver patio, drip watering system, new electrical for outdoor lighting, and they left it clean! Be careful with this company. Asked for an estimate and when they came he texted me some numbers. I asked for a written estimate and they said it would cost $500 to receive a written estimate. I was infuriated. What kind of company does that?! I had to send an email complaining and received an estimate. I will never go with a company that starts their business that way. I wanted turf and fence. No samples of turf were even available to look at. It was very obvious the person doing the estimate was bothered to have to do the estimate. Don't fall for the trap of paying for an estimate. ***in response to your false reply to my review I was never told that you don't deal with insurance companies. But even if you did tell me that you would know you WERE NOT dealing with insurance companies. I just needed a quote in writing to move forward. You were dealing and being paid by me. Which goes to show we didn't have that conversation because you would have known that. I got the estimate you sent after I sent you an email how I was disappointed with your company. And as for the "time " you took to give me a good faith estimate making it sound like you did me a favor the total time was five minutes. And a text with three words. When I asked the guy giving me the quote where is the estimate. He states you have our business name. A joke. Your reply makes your company look so bad. It's part of any construction job to on site and give a quote. A future customer does not want to hear how much gas and time it has taken to come out and give a quote. Right there you make yourself look bad. It's a customers right to several quotes and go from there. But lack of professionalism at the start when giving a quote I can tell you will not get you hired. And if that is a standard of companies not dealing with insurance companies then why did I get two other estimates on of which I used?! So please don't lie. It won't work with me. Be sure to video the quote, so when they say thats going to be more $$ because they don't understand the scope of the work, u have proof so u don't over pay like I had to. I had turf installed and I was very impressed. I called around and got several bids. 360's was less than or reasonably priced compared to the others. Scheduling a consult was quick and easy. Liron was my point purpose and he was very helpful. I want very (very) particular about which turf I chose and Liron visited multiple vendors, and went back and forth many times to the one I was interested in. They were able to book the work within a week which was wonderful. I was surprised with the large number of workers that came throughout the day. I want to update my review. I am doing my best to get this company to fix a few problems. They do NOT respond. They say someone will call you and no one does. I have a whole electric panel set to run my spa and Ariel was given the specs to review before going to the city for a permit and now a year later I am learning that the wiring, panel and breaker are wrong. I might have to pay another electrician to undo this huge mistake. In addition, the channel drains installed have cement breaking around them into the drains and it better not back up back yard. They have yet to address this too. This whole situation is truly a shame because visually the yard looks great but it is costing me more when all this is under warranty. I am livid and was kind to even just take off two stars. I hope I don't have to go to the BBB. read more
