With my first call, Rob arrived in the late afternoon of the same day, to quickly resolve my issues. He did provide me with options and at that time I choose to keep my garage doors. And, he was able to do a fix to resolve my problems. Now, here I find myself a year later calling Rob to talk about options for new garage doors. I did order two new doors from him and once the doors arrived Rob was prompt, efficient, and professional installing my new doors. I just wish I had made a decision a year ago to get new doors rather than suffer a year with cheap, non-insulated doors.
