Don't go near this agent. I signed and paid the first installment for the policy. 4 months later I…read morelooked up my insurance cards and I didn't have any. Turns out they never activated the policy and my money was still being held. I contacted the agency and it turns out I didn't have insurance for those months, but they activated the policy retroactively and took the money instead of refunding it. I cancelled and they are still debiting my account. I have contacted the PA insurance commissioned but haven't heard.
