LR Painting recently painted our entire interior including the ceilings. We changed the color in all rooms but one. That room had a red color that we loved. Red can be very difficult to match but Luis managed to match it spot on. He also fixed a few drywall seams that were becoming very apparent over time. The final results were outstanding and totally changed the look and feel of our older home. Luis worked tirelessly right along with his crew. They were very meticulous and clean. We had just had new floors and kitchen cabinets put in and they made sure to cover the areas well. On top of it all, Luis is very professional and easy to work with. In the beginning we were only going to do the baseboards and a few rooms but inquired abt the cost for the entire interior. Luis' estimate broke down the cost for everything so that we could pick and choose our priorities. In the end we realized that it made more sense to do everything and Luis worked with us to make that possible. If you are in need of a painter, I highly recommend calling LR Painting. Luis and his team are the best. They painted our newly remodeled home in 2017 and did a wonderful job. The application was high quality with excellent attention to detail. The cabinet finishes are beautiful and durable. We completely trust Luis and his technical, color and finishes knowledge. We got quotes…read morefrom 3 different vendors, and Julio, the owner, came out, looked over the house, and gave a reasonable quote that included replacing some areas with rotten wood, and patching some stucco that had fallen off. While his quote was very similar to another vendor's quote (the third was outrageous), we went with Julio because of his apparent experience, and we do not regret it. We arranged a date that would work for us both, and he and his crew were on time, and got to work. After some of the prep work, he pointed out some additional areas with rotten wood that we hadn't noticed, and gave us a very good deal on replacing them, as they weren't included in the original quote (other vendors I would expect would use this opportunity to overcharge since we were already committed). He also asked if we wanted our concrete porch to be painted, which we hadn't even considered as a possibility, and again, gave us a good deal on it. His crew was skilled and paid attention to details. His time estimate was very accurate as well (it took 6 days including the power washing), and at the end, his crew went around the house to do touchups on things that were missed. We highly recommend Valle painting if you want to get your house painted. In the end, even with the additional work, the cost wound up being the same as the quote from our second vendor choice. We definitely picked the right people to do the job.

Before starting, we had…read moreseveral problem areas: double-sided poster tape and earthquake hold residue stuck to the walls in multiple spots, holes left behind from a few dry erase/magnetic boards we'd removed, and two doors with peeling and cracking paint, both on the doors and along the jambs. Anthony and his worker carefully removed all the tape residue and patched and sanded the holes and door jambs. For one of the doors, Anthony actually took it off its hinges and brought it outside to properly sand and patch it, the door is now incredibly smooth, with no trace of the peeling or cracking left. By the time they were done, all the wall and door damage had completely disappeared. His price was comparable to the other quotes we received, so we felt confident we were getting good value along with quality work. We'll definitely be hiring Anthony again for our next painting project. Highly recommend if you want quality work and attention to detail!
