He was just an all around genuinely nice guy. Made us all feel super comfortable with the snowmobiles. They offer full "snowsuits" and helmets to keep you warm and safe for your snowmobile expedition! I would suggest you use sock and glove warmers too as they came in super duper handy! The equipment is virtually brand new and way fast! We did 2 days of snowmobiling with Polaris and saw some Amazing sites! They are also a gas station and have the normal stuff one would expect but they also have some gators for your neck and full head balaclavas that some of us bought. This is the one time I can tell ya, the covid face masks come in handy as they keep your face warm. And in regards to covid, everyone within the store wore their masks and encouraged us all to socially distance from others. We never even left the trail, and were riding with a group of 75yr olds. Sent my friend in to rent the same sled the next day, they are numbered, sure enough they hadn't replaced a damn thing.
