True to her word, she got back to me that evening to confirm everything and even called later to arrange payment, all while ensuring the flowers would be delivered by 8 PM that same day. The arrangement was not only affordable (under $50) but the impact was priceless. My mother-in-law was moved to tears by the gesture, calling it the highlight of her trip--even outshining Old Faithful! First off, I traveled to Yellowstone from California with my Husband to be. We were to marry at the Yellowstone National Chapel. I had ordered "Special Roses" for my Special day, and had them scheduled to be delivered to me three days prior to my wedding. I had ordered these roses before, to see them, and be able to calculate how many days in advance I would need to get them for them to be perfect. They never showed up! I was to marry Tues. 6/28 at 1 PM. On 6/27 @ 3:00 PM, I met with Betty from Sage Brush. Betty had very few flowers, as she had just provided for three weddings, and I always say, "And a Funeral". Betty had ready for me Tues. morning at 10:00 am, my bouquet, two corsages and three boutonnieres (spell) and I could not have been happier. I highly recommend Sage Brush Floral in West Yellowstone. There was no issue with the return, however, as we were leaving the store we noticed that they were putting the tag from the new hat onto the old one so they could turn around and sell it to someone else. The window displays were amazing so we went in Diane helped us while we shopped and I thought she was the friendliest salesperson around. The entire family held conversations with her since she was easy going. I picked up boots, shirts, candles and various other items. This store had a little bit of everything. The kid picked up kid stuff - lol Hubby didn't get anything but he was looking at a nice cowboy hat. The employees are very friendly and welcoming; considering the multitude of international tourists. I purchased several items in the Clearance section of the store as well as the main section. All the items I purchased were reasonably priced. The store has an extensive selection of souvenirs for everyone's taste. I took a picture of the grandkids in front of the ice cream counter and was rudely confronted by a middle aged male worker for not asking his permission to take the photo. Then he wanted to keep arguing about it. Very poor customer service to say the least and a lack of caring that our little grandkids were with us. We'll get a scoop of ice cream somewhere else next time.
