I called and left 3-4 messages for them to call me and I left my phone number as well. I called again everyday for about 4 days no one answered until the 4th day. I asked them why haven't they returned my phone calls. I was told the agency changed hands, sold to someone else. I did not know insurance companies, reputable ones could just do that and not inform their customer and go up $400+ on their rates. I will report to the Texas Insurance office, I'm not a stranger there and not afraid to retire these shabby agencies. Are there any insurance companies that are not damn crooks. I must be in the wrong line of business. Oh, I left another message for them to call me and the voice ok the VM sound like a foreigner with a east india dialect. Must be nice.
