That was until I posted this review on 1/19/21. I then received a response from her the very next day. Presumably, because of negative the review. This doesn't excuse the sixteen business day gap from the time I sent a question and received a response. I doubt I ever would have received a response if I had not posted a review. I am aware that the bureaus have additional time to process (30-45 days), but this doesn't negate that we didn't receive anything from the bureaus in close to four months. If I had not questioned it, we would have continued to spend some $150 dollars a month with LSI with no results. Original Post: I had a similar experience with LSI. I was working with Amber. They reach out once a month and go over the credit challenges I continued with the service during COVID but stopped receiving notifications from the credit bureaus. This went on for almost six months. We decided to stop our services in Dec since we weren't seeing any improvement. I told Amber to go ahead with the pull since they had just charged my card, but we would cancel next month. I was told that they couldn't because the bill for Dec that was just paid was for the previous month. When I emailed for an explanation (attached), they never responded. Additionally, I questioned how the credit challenges were submitted as it's a violation of FCRA for the bureaus not to provide a response. Less than ideal experience here. I paid this place to handle repairing my credit, however the way that these guys go about performing disputes is rudimentary. I've seen their letters and they're super generic - generally stuff that you can just find online yourself. That's what you sometimes see in places like this and they can sometimes work if you "brute force" it in my experience. However, I'm led to believe that LSI employs offshore staff who typically overlook small details and just click buttons. In my case, I've been told that one collection was "Verified" and that I should work with LSI to settle even though it was removed on a different bureau. In addition, there are two collection agencies trying to collect on the same debt. When my representative sent me their checkin, they are continuing to try to dispute it under the pretense of verification, but she couldn't seem to understand that there is a "paid" item reporting on the exact same account number. I tried explaining this to her with multiple back and forth emails but the communication eventually just stopped with no recourse. You'll have better luck using a DIY service, honestly. All you're doing here is paying for an outsourced agency to do it for you - doing nothing but simple data entry. I noticed no changes other than items that I've disputed myself in credit karma before starting this "program". read more

There seems to be no option of zero stars so please take this review as zero stars. I worked with the crew in 2018 which included Narina and Amber. I had a good experience but towards the end I noticed nothing was being done and communication was becoming less and less frequent. I cancelled and moved on. Come 2020 my husband and I are doing everything in our power to clean up our credit so we can own a home of our own, I reach out to LSI and hope that my experience will be similar to the beginning, when I first started working with them. It has been nothing but a charge on my account since that day, they are in contact with you the first few days and then poof they disappear. I'm angry with myself for trusting a company like this because now the deadline is fast approaching and NOTHING has been resolved. The only thing that has been done is a letter has been sent challenging my collections. This letter was sent in october. I have not heard from these guys since (it's november 13th now). The concept of having a company take care of this stuff for you (at a cost obviously) is great but these guys aren't the ones who are going to do it. You'll check your card statement every month and see they removed their monthly fee, and thats the only communication you will have. You can dispute your own charges using credit karma and most of the time can do it much faster that way. Save yourself the money, they are not worth the headache. read more

We hired this company to try and get a few old accounts taken care of. It's been 7 months and there has been 0 progress on their end. Every time we speak to the rep, he has no idea what has been going on. Example: Asked us minimum 6 different times what is our budget to pay off debt. They told us debt settlement was included, and then told us there was a percentage charged for each debt settled. We ended up having to do all of it ourselves anyway. They pushed some credit cards on us with annual fees that it was obvious they got some kickback on... They pulled a report to give us an update 1 time in 7 months, and when I asked today for them to pull it once more before we cancelled service.. they said "the last payment you made was for last months service, so you will have to pay one more month if you want me to cancel it." - it's August 12th....of course our payment on the 1st was for last month and you need even more money. I was very skeptical at first. The deal seemed to be too good to be true. However, after taking the plunge and going to meet with Serge, all of my trepidation was put to rest. In October 2020, I was looking for credit repair company in Seattle and as any other human being I decided to choose the one who has the best reviews, so I chose LSI credit solution since they had almost all positive reviews I was very excited to start to work with them so they help me with my credit. So I paid $300 just to become a member and they said they guarantee money back, they told me that they gonna start dispute process and it'll take 1-2 months, so once I paid for membership they started charge me for $79 every months, for six months they did nothing, but for the payment they always called on time, plus my credit score instead of increasing it fell down for 30 points, so they totally ruined my credit score, plus they kept saying every months that I'll receive letter for dispute and after 6 months I didn't receive any dispute letters. I really regret spending so much money for this company who just "talking" but not working! Very disappointed and I hope people will read my message before they put their money for this scammer! Please better open Experian account and you'll be able to improve your credit story by yourself without wasting your money for fraud companies! read more

I wanted to update my review for Serge and really emphasize how amazing he's been for me. Like many, I struggled over where to go for this service, and eventually his reviews sold me on him and I can personally attest to those reviews not being exaggerated. Within the first year I was working with Serge, he got over $50,000 of incorrectly reported medical debt off of my credit report. I was at a point of barely getting a secured credit card because of the mess medical bills left my credit in, and went from that dark point to having a credit line in the tens of thousands with very good cards (mileage rewards, etc.) and buying a $30,000 car with next to nothing down and a single digit APR. I had a fraudulent charge placed onto a credit card that I never use and didn't find out about the charge until it had gone passed due. The credit card company posted a late payment to my credit report (even though the charge was in error) and stated that they had no way to remove the posting after it had been reported. The "late payment" dropped my otherwise very good credit significantly. I filed disputes with ever credit reporting agency and with my credit card company with no success. For all those skeptics out there, Im sure you're like I was, feeling somewhat helpless and not getting a lot of assurance there are legitimate solutions to move forward. I have to admit that I came to LSI with more hope then actual expectation. I wont blow smoke and say Serge gives you an overnight miracle - that frankly isnt possible. However, what he offers is a well thought out and methodical plan with aggressive execution. He does offer real results that wouldn't be possible on your own no matter how much online reading and effort you put in. Im not exactly sure what they are but he does have a number of tactics that provide results which exceeded my expectations. Again, don't expect a 750 score overnight but if you take ownership of your situation and allow for a little time and a lot of Serge's hard work, you can get there much sooner than on your own.
