Needed a last minute tech to do my nails. Found this place from a Facebook group. Upon entering, the place looked very well maintained. The owner was nice and greeted me. The nail tech was very new in the field so I was already a little hesitant because I'm super picky with my nails. The tech was super nice! She was very engaging. She helped me step outside of my box with a nice summer color. She did the best she could. I tipped her very well. Honestly my nails look horrible. They look clumpy and not smooth. The service here was horrible. I made an appointment and waited an extra hour while the staff took walk in appointments. The owners are rude and talk behind customers backs. The vibe in the place is tense. They do a below average job on nails. Never get an appointment with Kim, she is by far the worst! Never going back! read more

Went a few times for dip nails and pedicure. 1st time was great , 2nd time was ok. 3rd time was awlful. Very I experienced tech who was burning my nail with buffer. Even after I said it hurt kept going till I pulled hand away. Have never gone back and don't recommend. read more

I have been to Kim a few times and although I like the way she shapes my nails, I have stopped frequenting this salon due to Kim's unprofessionalism. I have been getting my nails done for over 25 years and have never had an issue at any salon. I like my cuticles to be freshly trimmed, However, When she's drilling my nails, she has cut me numerous times and it's always my fault. ....because I wanted my cuticles cut. One day she cut my finger with the drill and I pulled my hand away, and she smacked my hand, telling me it's my fault because I wanted a manicure. She is rude and always has to be right. She is always running late, I have had to sit and wait over 30 minutes to be seen. I have heard other customers asking to please call them when she is running late. read more

If I could leave a worse review I would, these people are the rudest people I have ever encountered. I was scheduled for a 10am nail appointment and they didn't open the doors till 10:05, I understand they were late but then when I walked in I made a comment about how I wasn't aware they made appointments right at opening and it was very cold outside. The owner told me they were right on time and "if it was a doctors appointment it would be the same way, scheduled at 10 get there at 10" I didn't understand this rude comment and ended up asking for just a removal due to their attitude. The whole time there were rude comments and when my boyfriend called after to ask why this happened and what can be done they were also rude to him and told him if he's having a bad day to not take it out on them. And then hung up. This kind of service is awful and very rude. Do not come here for a nice service. read more

I have been going to Kim for over a year now. When she moved to this salon, I followed her because she does amazing work. Kim will consult with you on your nails and she can seem pushy but it is always with love and with the clients best interest. For instance, I wanted to do my dip nails with the yellow on the tip and orange at the cuticle. She pled with me to do the yellow on the bottom. She said the orange would bleed and over power the yellow. But I insisted, so we did it my way on one nail to test and she was right. We ended up painting some nice flowers on that nail. Anywho, I think this place is great and I highly recommend Kim. read more

I had my first appointment there on Wednesday. I set the appointment for a gel manicure and regular pedicure and told over the phone that Tom would be my nail tech. When I arrived, I ended up with a different nail tech- which is fine I didn't request anyone. I was taken to a nail table to start my manicure. My tech asked if I wanted dip, and I said 'no thank you, I prefer gel' but she proceeded to tell me that dip is better etc multiple times so I agreed to get dip instead just to get started. My tech didn't prep my nails (didn't clean under them or push/ trim my cuticles). The actual file she used to shape my nails was very painful. I was cut with the electric file. My nails are crooked. I was charged $15 on top of the dip for an ombré (glitter). And, my pedicure never happened. I will not be returning. read more

I went today for a first time visit and happy I did. Everything is new and very clean. Great choice in colors and very friendly staff. I took my 3 year old daughter (her first time getting nails done by anyone besides mama) with me and she loved it. Tiffany was able to do beautiful unicorn designs on her tiny little nails. Second visit and will make a third and fourth and so on. Staff is unbelievably friendly. Clean and sanitary environment. Soooooo many colors to pick from. I love the pedicures! It's actually a real pedicure. Not a take off of polish and new polish applied. Most places I feel rushed out the door so more people can come in.
