Arrived on time to be rushed to a back room with one employee. Super simple pedi, no cheese grater, no removal of ingrown nails, no great leg and feet massage but what was worse was one person worked on us one at a time so a one hour appointment turned into 2! I asked for the acrylic nails another salon ad put on be removed and gel polish on my natural nails. That was Thursday, today is Sunday. $130 and now I have to spend more to get my nails repainted! I should also mention she bolted before I could get my shoes on to pick up her kids... maybe that is why the polish is so bad! read more

Came here randomly because I was running errands in the nearby area and needed a gel pedicure. I was greeted upon arrival and was able to get a gel pedicure without any issues. They have 2 rooms each with 4 pedicure chairs. I was in one room getting my pedicure and another lady was in the other room. The employees still wear masks which is nice, the salon was clean and they had plenty of colors to choose from. I'm happy with my gel pedicure the price point of $55 was nice! read more

I will never go back. My girlfriend got a really great pedicure from this salon by a man. He didn't use the metal "cheese grater" tool. Instead he used some kind of chemical and then scrubbed the callused heals. My girlfriend loved it. Because of that, I made an appointment for a pedicure. The man wasn't there - instead an elderly woman took me. I told her I wanted the Chocolate Scrub (as my girlfriend had). However, she insisted that she had to use the metal "cheese grater." I told her that I didn't want that tool used on me (which I think this tool is illegal). Because I said I didn't want the metal tool, she didn't scrub my heals at all. I told her how about a pumice rock. She said no. Then I said, I need it scrubbed, she ended up using the metal tool for a couple of strokes. Hardly removed any callus - she was only doing it to appease me. I told her I want the chemical too. She said my appointment is over and my time is up. I was completely shocked and completely disappointed. I get pedicures every 6-8 week (from a different salon - but they use the metal tool) Never have I had such a horrible pedicure. I don't know if anyone's had a bad experience with this salon. And I'm sorry if you have from previous management. But the times I spent here, I've loved every single minute. This place does not have a lot of employees, but they do their complete best to accommodate everyone that calls in and wants an appointment. They work so hard to ensure everyone is taken care of even if there's just two working on a particular day. My mom and I decided to get a little self-care and get her nails done. It was an amazing experience and super relaxing. I got red gel nails, and the perfect color for fall as well as a pedicure and my toe nails were pretty crusty so they made them look a lot better. I recommend doing gels though. They last a couple of weeks and you don't have to wait for them to dry (if your impatient like me lol). My pedicure was a little messy but my feet feel so smooth and it's defiantly a lot better than I could do. We will for sure be coming back. read more

I will not be going back to this salon. I really wanted to love this place. Very close to my home and my initial visits were great, but these past few visits have me in search of a new salon. Horrible experience! Went there last Friday mid day for a manicure and dip removal. The girl literally said two words to me-It was super awkward. I've been doing dip for months (at another salon) with complete removal every time and NEVER had my nails so damaged and never had someone continuously file so many times. She went through 5 rounds of sanding and putting acetone and only letting the acetone sit for a few minutes between each round. My poor nails are so thin that some areas I can't even touch because they are so sensitive and have striations from the machine. Additionally, the manicure was non existent, no pushing back of the cuticle, no lotion, no cuticle oil and she literally used the cuticle clipper on three nails, but they weren't pushed back so nothing came off; it's as if she wanted to give the illusion that she did my cuticles. I left with my nails looking and feeling 100% worse than when I came in. This was my first and will be my last experience at this salon. There was another nail tech working there, not sure what his name was but he was super nice (he literally said more to me in the 2 minute checkout process than she did the entire service). read more

A younger male did my pedicure and the pedicure was very good and he was also very personable and made great conversation. All of the staff are following all the safety precautions in the store by wearing mask and trying to keep 6ft distance between the patrons. They also measured our temperatures when we first walked in to make sure we did not have a fever. I recommend the chocolate pedicure and I was pleasantly surprised by how fragrant and how similar it actually smells to chocolate. I would definitely come here again! read more

I've been going here up until the past year to get acrylic done on top of my natural nail however the last few times I have gone my nails have been shaped incredibly uneven and the acrylic was put on lumpy and not filed smooth. This is the reason I tried a few new places before I stopped returning altogether. I have never had any issue with their customer service and they have always been good about fixing and nail breaks or issues even if it was my fault up to a week after the initial appointment. I would recommend them for children and teens because of their good pricing and student discount, but there are better nail spas in the area if you're willing to pay a little more. read more

Well, I was very excited to make a long lasting real in relationship with a new place. I have given them three tries via three appts. Each time they "misunderstood " what I wanted done and didn't have time for me. They guarantee gel manicures for a just a few days. Sure enough they peeled in less then a week. Many gel colors do not a mate for your feet. The woman who worked on me barely spoke to me but had nice conversation with her other patrons. Keep in mind they only seems to be one tech on duty at any time. The other two gals only do manicures and pedicures. The salon is pretty and clean. I will give credit to Hon who finally shaped my nails as I wanted. He's warm and friendly. I give up! read more

I booked an appointment for me and my two friends for homecoming. I will never ever be coming back to this place again. The service is terrible. They don't tell you the prices of what you are getting, they don't tell you that certain nail shapes cost extra, they are sloppy with their work, they don't care about the pain the cause to the nail beds, they leave glue on your nails. I am furious with this service. This is absolutely unacceptable for what I paid for me and my friend to get our nails done. Went the first time on 3/17 to get a pedicure. I did wait about 10 minutes after the appointment time but that is normal any more. Hon did my pedicure and he was great. I had some really jacked up toenails due to neglect but he got me in top shape with no complaints. Salon was immaculate, no cross talk between employees and was out within 1 hour. It was quiet and relaxing. Tony was my nail tech, and he did a great job. There was an exfoliating scrub/massage of my shins/calves/heels; followed by a massage with lotion prior to painting my toes. The dip manicure I got here cracked within a week and chipped at about 8 days. When I came in to see if they'd fix the trashed manicure, the owner/manager (Kim?) was very rude and said that their dip manicures only last two weeks, and that my manicure was wearing normally for dip. I can promise no other dip manicure I've had has worn that bad in two weeks, I almost had to laugh when she said it. Isn't that embarrassing for you, Kim?? If you just do a quick Google of dip manicures, you'll see that a professional dip manicure should last up to four weeks, probably 3 if you don't like them growing out. I had originally come in with a dip manicure that I had gotten done at a different salon that was 4 weeks old, uncracked and unchipped (I'd also paid less for it!). I finally just asked for the dip to be removed because maybe Kim's fine with walking around with a busted manicure, proudly saying it came from OMG, but I'm definitely not. I'll happily go to other salons that both charge less and do a better job. I literally paint my own nails at home better, and I don't have to be condescended to. Judging from the reviews, Kim's attitude is an ongoing problem :). read more

I was very pleased with my pedicure here, especially given the previous reviews...I trust Yelp reviews, but I was desperate to get my toes taken care of quickly. When I walked in, there was no one at the front desk, so I had to wait for someone to greet me...it seemed busy, but a girl from a mani station told me I could be seen soon. I chose a color and within five minutes, I was seated in the pedicure area. The gal that attended to me was quiet (which I like!), but she was meticulous...my feet needed some extra scrubbing and she did a fantastic job getting them soft and lovely. If I just got my nails done I would've definitely done a five star rating. I got a gel and I've actually only gotten my nails done at about three other places although I go almost every two weeks. Gel was great did a good job it was very fast and looks amazing. I also got a Brazilian wax which was eh, pretty good job but didn't go through and tweeze at all. Just a little less through then I'm used to. The Brazilian wax cost $45 and was super fast. Every other Brazilian I've gotten people take the time to make sure they get the hair and sometimes go little further out on the thigh. And normally I pay less, I chose to pay more for convenience (I live close). A little disappointed in the wax. Would definitely go back for a manicure though. read more

I took my daughter to get a manicure on the spur of the moment, we are new to the area so we tried OMG because it was the only nail place we had seen in the neighborhood. They took us right away, and did a great job on both of our manicures, but I left feeling uncomfortable with the place. The lady that did my nails didn't talk to me at all, she literally ignored me when I tried to talk to her. All she ever said to me was, "Wash hands, put towel in middle hole" and "You pay now." As soon as they were done mine and my daughters nails, they told us to go sit by a little fan for our nails to dry, and then disappeared. Like, they were done with us. Nice place but horrible service. I went here once by myself and it was nice. The next time i had made 5 mani and pedi appointments 3 weeks in advance for a gift to my bridesmaids. A few days before the appt I called to ask if one person could come 30 min early and the person who answered said yes no problem. So the day of the appt my bm and myself came in 30 min early to begin her pedicure and mani. The manager or whatever you want to call her said no we cant help you - she denied ever saying it was okay and said my bridal party had to wait till she was done with the other people she had walk in (6 people were in there and 3 were waiting). She was so rude and not helpful or sympathetic at all! It was 3 days before my wedding and she could care less about helping me with at least 350 dollars worth of services. Anyway - we ended up calling Passion Nails up the street and begged them to help. They were so sweet and said come on over and we will squeeze you guys in.
