These guys are pure scammers. The following is their response to a complaint that I had filed after they were hired for and paid for work. They gave the results of the work to another party for free. Here is there answer: In response to your complaint, a few clarifications are required: 1) You live in a trailer park home that is part of an HOA that runs the park; The HOA doesn't run the park, it is owned and managed by Kingsley Management out of Utah and LT Plumbing knows this. 2) the original blockage was cleared and the HOA did not want to pay to the camera the line since the clog had been removed; The HOA didn't ask for the line to be scoped, I made a personal request and paid for it personally, not the HOA If the blockage was removed, why did they have to come back the next day to clear the blockage? 3) you insisted on having the line videoed into the park property, which we did and you did pay for it; The only truth to this story of theirs however it contradicts what they said in their previous claim above. 4) you subsequently called our office repeatedly demanding your video and report and threatening legal action; I called them 3 times and didn't get the video which was highly edited until I said I would sue because they gave the video to the park management free of charge a week before they gave it to me. 5) we offered to refund your money but you refused; They have never offered to refund my money and in fact, sent me a follow-up bill because they had to rework their previous work 6) You called several more times and we offered to refund your money several times; Another lie 7) we called you over several days to get your mailing address and you did not return our calls so we mailed it to your service address; The service address was different from my address, yet they did mail it to my home address, yet another lie. These people can't seem to keep their story straight. 8) our dispatchers handle thousands of calls a year and you are the only person who has ever made them feel threatened - you should be ashamed of yourself. I spoke with one woman there and when asked how the park management got the video before me she said"ask them". Her name is Melissa. read more

This is a fantastic company. I personally have used them for the Annual Back Flow check, installing new toilets, installing kitchen faucets, garbage disposal and installing safety grab bars in my bathroom after back surgery. They keep their scheduled appointments on time and do the job correctly the 1st time. They are a family owned company who do not demand money just to show up before they evaluate the problem. They complete the task and have you approve what they have done before leaving. A friendly smile and hand shake is all that is needed on that day. You receive an invoice in the mail a few days later. I plan on using this company when I update my old bathrooms next year. They have approximately 30 trucks currently in their fleet of plumbers. That alone is evidence of their effectiveness. I am a single woman in my 70's; someone who could easily be taken advantage of by a company with low scruples. I am 100% comfortable with hiring them and referring them to anyone. read more

I called LT Plumbing LLC at 1:00 in the afternoon, a bit desperate after 3 days without water due to a water pipe break at the base of our back-flow assembly. After many messages all weekend and phone calls on Monday morning, our back-flow service company led me to believe they could fix it only to tell me at 1:00 PM that they could not. Miraculously, when I called LT Plumbing, they were able to send out a technician who arrived in less than an hour and had my water running again before 3:00 PM. They are the best most attentive and responsive company I have ever worked with! LT Plumbing is now confirmed as my one and only plumbing service provider! read more

So we had overflow of toilets and showers over the weekend. My husband and I plunged the toilets for 3 hrs and gave up. It was Friday at 5pm when everyone closed and asked for suggestions for a good plumber from neighborhood blog and came across LT plumbing. Called several other companies before and told us we had to wait till Monday. LT plumbing- Patrick answered our call and came that evening to help us with our family emergency.
