Omg this is such an amazing place to get repairs done. I called so many times to be sure that they could fix my tail lights & they answered every single time. He was so patient with me and ordered the parts within days for me to come in to have my broken taillights fixed. I came on a Saturday morning to get my taillights fixed and it literally took 15-20mins for them to finish. He was working on a car before but took the time to install my lights. I sat in the lounge, which was air conditioned (didn't expect that at a mechanic shop..maybe I'm traumatized from the past ones lol), but it was quite chill inside. When I was in my car accident I struggled finding a good car place to fix my bumper and driver side door. I got Referred here and to say the least, I was very impressed. I had a few issues with my car. Some of them were: power steering brake and fuel leak, a worn out serpentine belt, and a dirty cabin air filter. I was going to go to Honda to get it fixed but the price to fix everything was unbelievable! I mean I understand labor costs, but I couldn't believe it. Needing my car to be fix immediately and within a reasonable budget, I came here on a recommendation from my brother in law. Scheduling was no problem! Called the boss, his name is Son and he gave me plenty of time-slots that I could bring in the car. I brought it and talked to Juan, who took care of my car and I. They did an immediate check on what the issues were and gave on the spot pricing for it. Needless to say, they were on point! Pricing and service was top notch! They even showed me what parts of the car needed replacement and I couldn't believe how worn out the belt was. I wish I had gotten pics of it but I was still too amazed from the pricing for fixing these issues. They even replace the cabin air filter no charge. Fixing everything took about an hour or less. The experience here is amazing. They took care of business quickly and efficiently without breaking my bank. The customer service was also excellent, Juan made sure I understood what was going to be done. Just left this place and was able to get my motor mount changed and my headlights cleaned. Only took about 40 minutes. They let me bring in my own part to use so the price was good and reasonable. I could tell the work was done well since my car didn't rumble loudly anymore while driving it. The guy I spoke to was very straight forward; asked what i needed done and didn't try to upsell me on anything. Also, free of charge, they moved one of my tires around and let me know that it was the reason my steering wheel kept shaking so much and that I should get the tire replaced soon. read more

LTC Automotive Repair is the best. Mr. Sonny, who is the owner is amazing. We have been living in DFW for 3 years and looking for a good mechanic. We took both our vehicles (2007 Infiniti FX35 and 2008 Mercedes Benz C300 4Matic Sport) to the dealerships as well as another mechanic several times to get work done prior to finding/being recommended to LTC Automotive. As we got over the 100K mile marker the cars began to need more maintenance and the dealership/the other mechanic we went too were charging ridiculous prices and recommending unnecessary work. We took those quotes to LTC Automotive and Mr. Sonny beat those prices by more than 70%. His work is impeccable. He shows you the parts he replaces and explains what NEEDS to be replaced (this is called HONESTY...you either have it or you don't). He does not recommend or do unnecessary work. He gives it to you straight while helping you save money. Both our vehicles are back in excellent working condition and it did not cost us our whole entire savings like the dealership and other street mechanics were trying to charge. Mr. Sonny even cleaned our headlights (free of charge) and made them look brand new. We had upper and lower control arms, shocks, suspension, and alignment done on the Mercedes Benz and wheel baring, gas cap, O-2 sensors, check engine light, loose engine belts (put on wrong by the prior mechanic), and outer tire rods. Any knowledgeable person understands these repairs are major, but not for LTC Automotive and Mr. Sonny. They took care of us. I highly recommend LTC Automotive and Mr. Sonny. His crew is professional and will take care of you. Both cars were done within two days (trading each one out). We were never without a vehicle. Great communication by Mr. Sonny. You will not find a better mechanic or shop in the DFW. They work on all car types and can/will beat prices and then some. They also do body work and paint on autos whether accident or you just want to change your color. They are full service and do everything. My husband and I will be going back to LTC Automotive for all of our maintenance for our vehicles. Mr. Sonny is OUR mechanic/technician...he should be yours too. I came in two times: once for an oil change and another for replacing a power steering unit. Service was excellent on both occasions. The staff told me exactly what model I needed for the power steering unit and went so far as to show me the available options on eBay. I returned after ordering the part and they quickly replaced it within an hour or two. As someone who isn't very knowledgeable about cars, I found their help greatly appreciated.
