    Auto Care Central is where we take all of our vehicles. They are always friendly and professional. They take the time to talk with you about your vehicle, to find the best solution. We have been taking our vehicles to Auto Care Central for 4 years and they have always done an exceptional job. My vehicle runs well. I get many compliments on my vehicle even though it is almost 10 years old, it still surprises those that ride with me because of how well it runs, and that is all thanks to Auto Care Central.

    10/11/2019: In reply to Nader's 10/11 comment: I have no problem paying $270 for an injector replacement (assuming I authorized it and it was needed), but I have a huge problem paying one nickel for work that was not done!! By analogy, would you pay someone $300 to fix a roof leak only to find out later he charged you to replace a vent when all he did was caulk a seam? If you really believe I faked that Nissan shop ticket, by all means please request an original from the Nissan dealership. I caught you in your deception because I know something about cars. I'm likely not the first person you tried to scam in this way, I only hope your future customers are prudent and circumspect about trusting your diagnosis and your work. Nader, your business would prosper if you were honest and treated your customers with respect, including their wallets. Hopefully this experience might change your mind about ripping off your customers. 10/11/2019: Nader claims I did not have a dealership review my case. In fact I had done that on 9/16 and the DEALERSHIP CONFIRMED MY CLAIM, not Nader's. Their shop ticket is attached, see request #4 on pg 2. The shop tickets were also attached to my reply to the BBB where I did not accept Nader's response to my complaint. Nader also claims that my credit card company denied my dispute. What planet do you live on, Nader? Not true again! After sending them the dealership's shop ticket they resolved my dispute and CREDITED MY ACCOUNT WITH THE FULL DISPUTED AMOUNT ($273.89). I received a letter from Chase Cardmember Services dated 9/22 confirming their resolution. Again, I strongly recommend that customers look elsewhere for their vehicle service. This SHOP ENGAGES IN DISHONEST PRACTICES!!

    This is what they wanted an extra 130$ for. And the belt is 30$, they wanted to charge 110$ to put on new belt

    STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!…read more Absolutely horrible experience at this Valvoline oil change location. I arrived around 10:30am 07/09/25 for a state inspection. The tech asked for payment up front. He charged my credit card $18.50. After several minutes he then takes a screw driver and yanks off my gas cap. He then states my gas cap will not fit their device for inspection. I asked for a refund and he said I would have to pay again. I asked for the manager who said he would issue me a refund. I then asked the manager to check and make sure his employee returned my gas cap to the way it was before he yanked it off. The manager then said it was broken and he couldn't fix it. I told him I wasn't exiting the stall until he repaired it. He said he would have to get the part and to give him 3 hours and he would come to my house and repair my gas cap. After several calls to the store and the corporate office my gas cap is still not repaired.

    Beware these guys will mess up your vehicle and literally say that they didn't do it…read more I took my vehicle Saturday 12/21/24 for a simple oil change and then they offered me the service to flush and replace the transmission fluid because the mileage and what then I agree because I'm thinking these guys know what they are doing but clearly not. My vehicle was drivable then now my truck doesn't go into gear because they messed up something in the gear box and on top of that my key doesn't come out anymore, but they aren't at fault for that okay. So everyone beware DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!! As far as management they are horrible they both lied and that they would get me a rental and what not and I got nothing and I'm coming out of pocket $1000+ to fix my vehicle for something that I didn't cause. Hunter & the assistant manager don't know what they are doing. The whole staff lacks knowledge of what they are there to do.

    This was the worst experience I've ever had with an auto repair! When I brought my car in it was…read moreperfectly drivable but vibrating at rest. I was given a list of repairs to complete on my vehicle and I initially declined a transmission flush because my stepfather who is a mechanic in another city advised against it. Alan would not take no for an answer on this. After I expressed concerns multiple times, he assured me his mechanic said this service needed to be done. I hesitantly agreed to this and other repairs totaling $1900. When I picked up my vehicle it was no longer drivable, stalling every time I idled. They said I would have to pay $2500 for transmission repairs to make my vehicle drivable again (which I refused given the vehicle was not worth that much). The very first thing I found on Google is that it is NOT advisable to perform a transmission flush on a vehicle over 100k miles because it will worsen the problem and cause the vehicle to stall (my car had 160k). When I expressed frustration with this I was told my transmission was already shot before they began work and it wasn't their fault. So why did they advise me do nearly 2k worth of repairs knowing my vehicle would likely become completely unusable? Also, Alan was very aggressive, defensive and rude. I had to ask him multiple times not to raise his voice at me since I was not speaking to him that way. Clearly they either do not know the first thing about transmissions OR they maliciously did this flush in order to require me to pay an additional $2500 to get my vehicle working again. They did refund only the cost of the transmission flush but I am still out $1600 and have a car worth less than 1k after their service. I have been advised I could take them to court over this but decided I need the peace of just being done with this situation. Please don't trust these people with your vehicle!
