My truck broke down and I wanted a second opinion on my truck, Jeremi and his team was very responsive, and also very helpful and returned my calls as soon as they had an answer, I was sad to know the truck was gone but happy to have gained an honest TEAM of mechanics!! [[HIGHLIGHT]]This is a user-friendly shop.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]I was greeted by one of the owners, who took my car right in[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. He gave me exact information of what was wrong and what it would take to fix it. The diagnostic was $150 an hour and they had my car for two hours so fair warning. I don't know how other shops compare for diagnostic pricing. So now it cost me $300 for diagnostics and another +300 for the actual repair. read more

Jeremi and his team are the most trustworthy auto repair shop in the area. They are always very up front with you and explain everything in a way that you can understand easily. They will never try to find or create a problem that you don't have. I have taken my vehicle to Jeremi's on several occasions, and I won't go anywhere else. On my most recent visit, I was expecting a large bill because it was a fairly comprehensive procedure involving some valve cover gaskets. Jeremy's team researched the history of my vehicle and found that this was covered by warranty, and so they charged me next to nothing. They didn't have to do that, but they went above and beyond. I will trust Jeremi and his team 100% with any vehicle I have. Highly recommend. read more

Went in for an alignment on my Jeep wrangler and paid $100 pretty much for nothing. Came up with so many reasons as to why they couldn't do this and that and even wanted to charge me extra for removing a whole stabilizer bar when they didn't have to. Simply had to loosen two set screws and let the bar it was being held by turn for adjustments. Now my stabilizer has marks on it from them not loosening it and it running into bolts above it. Took it to a reputable Jeep shop the next day and had it aligned with absolutely no issues or complaints of me needing extra parts to get it truly aligned right. Really just wish they would've told me they didn't have the experience or knowledge on it to begin with rather then being charged and stuck there waiting for nothing. read more

Every person at this shop went ABOVE AND BEYOND what I would ever expect from even a 5 star resort let alone an auto repair shop. We've used Jeremi's repair service back to when it was a mobile operation and now with a full fledged shop. He has tackled all sorts of issues big and small. Finding a mechanic to trust has been an iffy proposition through the years. We've taken each of our family cars for needed repairs to keep the high mileage fleet rolling over the last 3 years. As we've added cars for kids driving, I can't imagine having juggled the fleet of issues with anyone else. read more

Most professional, knowledgable, kind mechanics I've ever met. They swapped a crate Fraser 5.4 v8 into my 2005 f150 half ton pickup. They explained every little process and charge and kept me informed throughout the process. They worked hard and diligently to get the work done efficiently. They have some great hourly rates and will show you that they care about your best interest and helping you. if I could give them 10 stars I would, and hopefully this shop becomes a nationwide shop that outshines Firestone and Christian Auto Brothers. read more

I cannot even convey how appreciative I am for Jeremi w/ Jeremy's Auto repair. My adult daughter called me with a flat on her way home from work. Thankfully she was close to the shop and Jeremi offered to help. He patched her tire without charging her stating he would hope someone would help his sisters or Mom if they were in a similar situation. I cannot say enough good things about this shop, everyone who works there is amazing and extremely knowledgeable in all aspects. Finding some one you can trust to work on your car is very hard but I hit the jackpot when I discovered Jeremi's shop. I took my car in because it was shaking when I braked and they easily identified the problem. They got me a good deal on a new set of breaks and installed them that day! I feel ten times safer driving my car after having them work on it. read more

Our 2015 Sonata had a leaky valve cover gasket which was eligible for Hyundai warranty coverage but 2 different Hyundai dealers couldn't even look at the car for almost 4 weeks! And one of them wanted to keep it for up to 2 weeks for repair - ridiculous. It took a few days to get the parts, but Jeremi's was able to do the repair on a Saturday which was very convenient. Also replaced spark plugs for no extra labor charge. Fast, convenient and reasonable prices. Would definitely use them again. read more

Highly recommended! Jeremi came to my home to service my 2012 Jeep Wrangler (so that I didn't have to pay to have it towed) and had every diagnostic tool needed. He quoted us several prices for a range of services and was done in less time than originally stated (and reduced the price according to the decreased service time). My Jeep was fixed and is now in perfect running order. I will use his services again for any automotive issue. read more

Tommy just came through for us again. My son Eric was driving the old Tahoe and started noticing a coolant leak. He diagnosed it as a water pump and we gave Eric the number for Quantum. Tommy took it in, diagnosed it as a shot water pump and gave me a quote with options for replacing with an original Chevy part or a less expensive aftermarket that he knew to be reliable. Frankly, the quote was hundreds less than I expected. I am a fairly decent mechanic and would gladly pay his quoted price. He got the work done the day he was able to diagnose the problem. On time, exactly as quoted and functioning perfectly. I have recommended Quantum to friends for a decade and they all agree that you get honest work done right at a fair price. Took my 2006…read moreMonte Carlo SS to the local Arlington Chevrolet dealership figuring since my car is a Chevy, they'd know the most about it. Engine wasn't starting immediately after turning the key. They performed their analysis and recommended a new starter and battery cables, for which they wanted to charge me $1,400+. I previously had the MC there for the same problem and, after $400+ in analysis charges, it was a $20 gas cap. Wanting a second opinion, I scheduled an appointment with Quantum. Due to their high volume of work, I had to wait 2-1/2 weeks, but the wait was well worth it. Tommy, the owner, looked at the battery cables and starter and said there was no problem with them. However, apparently some General Motors vehicles have this starting problem. Not enough fuel is getting to the fuel injectors when the key is turned. He pressure-checked the fuel pump and found it to be the problem. Rather than spending $1,200+, he showed me how to ensure the injectors have enough fuel so the engine will start on the first turn of the key. I've had cars serviced over 50+ years and Tommy is the first mechanic that took his time to fully explain the issue and the solution. He knows what he's doing and most importantly, he's honest. You can't go wrong with Quantum Mechanix.

Within my short phone call, I was able to set up an appointment to get a diagnostic and quote for my car. Then after a little bit of deliberation on my end, I was able schedule to get my car's exhaust system fixed and my windshield replaced in one day. What truly sets this place apart from other shops is how friendly and patient Dan is. Dan is the one who picked up my call. He held the door open for me when I first arrived at the shop when I got my car there for a quick diagnostic. He was ordering a Lyft for another customer and made sure it was a female driver for her and let me know that they offer free Lyfts to and from the shop. There is a massage chair as well as hot coffee and cold sodas for customers in their lobby. He answered all of my questions from my first phone call to all of my text messages to my last minute there when I picked up my car. He even listened to my ramblings of what happened before I brought my car to his shop. He's such an honest guy and I felt very taken care of. Even with the mishaps during my car's repair, he made sure the job was done in a day as he promised, staying a little after closing time. He truly embodies integrity from start to finish. I have personally known Jeremi for over 20 years, I met him when he managed a local oil change & inspection station and worked on all my cars. After I got out of the business I followed Jeremi when he opened his own place to service not only my personal cars but my in-laws as well. Jeremi owns one of the cleanest and most organized auto repair shops I've ever seen and you won't find a more honest and dependable auto repair shop anywhere. Even though Jeremi and Geordon can not spell their names correctly, This is a good shop to take your trucks to. I went for the first time Tuesday and they jump right on it and did a great job. The price was right, the shop was clean. And the staff friendly and professional. I would and am going to use them again. Hey there my 2015 chrysler had a small oil leak. I found these guys on Google. Very close to my home also. The service that I received was excellent. Great communication with me though out the repair with both text reports on and call up dates on the time frame. Every employee is kind and down to earth. The most caring people you will meet that care and don't try and up sale you.
