When I took my mom to Active Medical, Greg stayed in late for us and patiently helped us pick the right sized wheelchair. Greg also allowed my dad, who has backpain, to try out a scooter in case he needed help to walk as well. Right before the travel day, Greg let me pick up the wheelchair one day before the scheduled date, to save me a trip. Also, Active Medical provided me with a brand-new wheelchair when I explained that I was taking my parents to attend a graduation ceremony.
