There are three treadmills, one elliptical, and on stationary bike for cardio - you can come by any time the studio is open and use the equipment. Three small training rooms are available for individual training, as well as a larger room for various classes (yoga, zumba,...) The trainers all appear friendly and knowledgeable - I have first hand experience with my own trainer as well as the owner, Terri, of both their knowledge, support of their clients achieving their personal goals, and caring for them as people (and not just clients). It all makes for an experience where I *want* to work-out (as opposed to "should" or "have to").

Hmmmm....where to start... Well, I have never done Pilates…read moreand was interested, so I purchased 3 classes on Groupon. I called multiple times to schedule a class, with no answer. I sent an e-mail and finally got a response from Sandy. When I arrived for my first class, Sandy was blatantly "measuring me up" and making me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. She was more concerned if I was going to continue with a regular membership or only use the Groupon for 3 classes. Her demeanor was cold, condescending and indifferent, and she made me feel uncomfortable. I was trying to be inviting and light hearted, but her responses were sterile and demeaning. At the end of class she asked for payment and stated, in a "Holier-than-thou" manner, that she had never used Groupon before. I have never before felt so humiliated by someone who works in the service industry. I am Puerto Rican woman and she exhibited every trait of a racist individual. If you are a "Non-White", I would advise you stay away from here.
