Your first class there is free. I went there with my sister for some birthday yoga -- great way to celebrate my solar return! We took a hot yoga class. While the room didn't get nearly as hot as I'm used to -- I wasn't drenched in sweat or too challan he's in the class -- it was still invigorating to wake up my body and work out those links and tightness. The facility itself is lovely. It's located in a strip center, so there is plenty of parking. There are cubby holes for personal belongings, mat cleaner, yoga towels and clean restrooms. read more

I was fortunate enough to hear about this place from a client, and was very impressed with the positive impact that not only yoga in general, but specifically, this place and this staff had on my client. I have since referred people for wellness as well as those struggling with some more complex issues ranging from severe anxiety to major depression. I cannot stress enough how much of a difference this can make for those willing to incorporate regular practice of hot yoga into their wellness routine. The staff is excellent, knowledgeable and very caring. They are very skilled. Do hot yoga. Do it now and start at Suntouch. Why? * It's a friendly environment, perfect for any "skill" level. I've been twice and have only been greeted with happy faces. (Camille and Lauren are two of the happiest!) * Clean studio, restrooms, and even shower. * First class is free. You can then purchase 5 classes for $60 (must use 30 days from purchase). * You're gonna sweat, burn, breathe hard, and somehow be completely relaxed and at peace with the process by the time you are done. I have never been athletic, flexible, or even known as coordinated. If I can do this, you can too. You might be uncomfortably hot at times, but that's okay. The calories burnt and relaxation experienced at the end will be well worth it. I suggest that you go with lots of water, a pair of flip flops, and an open mind. All you have to do is show up and the people of Suntouch will hook you up with whatever else you need ($2 mat rental --- they even clean it for you afterwards). I also suggest that you arrive 15-20 minutes ahead of time so that you can fill out a waiver and snag a good spot (one towards the back so that when you fall - and you will - you don't feel as bad about it). Love, love, love Suntouch Yoga. I formerly practiced Bikram yoga and I am extremely happy that I have switched. Suntouch Yoga offers classes all day long and with different levels of heat (warm and hot). All of the instructors that I have encountered are extremely pleasant and encouraging. While some of the movements can be challenging, the instructors are compassionate and encourage the students to do as much or as little as they can. Some of the inversions look crazy difficult, but they break the pose down so you can at least attempt the pose. The yoga studio is small and cozy and has no smell like other hot yoga studios. The PVC floor looks like smashed soba noodles, but is amazing to practice on. The studio's heat is not oppressive like Bikram, but rather helps your body warm up from within allowing your body to stretch more and release toxins. I'm extremely excited about my new practice at Suntouch and look forward to forgetting about everything for 75 minutes at a time. read more

Wonderful clean studio, helpful instructors, relaxing and rejuvenating atmosphere. I dropped into a Saturday class "Warm Fun Flow at 4:45. I was a little nervous because I haven't done yoga on a regular basis an the class was 75 minutes long. My nerves were put to ease as I walked in the door and was warmly greeted by the Instructor Shamron. She checked me in, explained a couple waivers to me and showed me around the studio and gave a place to store my personal belongings. The class was a warm, clean 88 degree, soft lit room. There were about 13 people in my class and we all had room to maneuver in comfort. I really like the soft flooring and the fact that their was NO BODY odor. I was sweating pretty heavily within 15 minutes of beginning Vinyasas. Shamron encouraged questions, instructed modifications, and continually gave support to class and we moved through each pose. There was no show off /competitive aspect to class which I have found at other studios I visited. The class was amazing !I left feeling refreshed and re aligned. I've been to Sun touch twice and so far, I'm a fan. Randi was the instructor both times and she explains what to do very well. I'm not athletic or flexible, but just showing up is the 1st step, right? In the Hatha class, You will sweat, breathe hard and be uncomfortable at times, but it's worth it. I forget all about my crazy life for those 75 minutes. The place is clean and has a cool squishy floor. You can rent a mat and buy water there too. read more

I really love coming to this place! My favorite class is the Hot Hatha class, and I come about twice a week if my schedule will allow it. The studio is always nice and clean, and it smells great. I have done classes with a lot of different instructors, and they are ALL great and very sweet. Each instructor has their own style and does their class differently, so you are never doing the same moves when you go on different days / different times. The classes are good for all skill levels. The instructors make sure to provide modifications and other moves for those who are not quite as advanced. The instructions are on point and easy to follow, and many times they will walk around the room to adjust people. I feel like they really try to make sure you are doing everything correctly and safely. The only downside is the price, I feel it's a bit steep. In my old town drop in classes were about $13, 10 class package was $100, and unlimited class pass with a year contract was $85. Currently I pay $140 for 10 class package, which is usually enough for one month. :( It's way more expensive than a normal gym membership. Luckily I love the studio a lot and I feel great after classes, so I suck it up and fork over the money haha. But price is the ONLY reason I deducted a star. read more

I like this yoga studio. I usually visit when I'm in town... it's very relaxed and welcoming. While the staff does focus on form and technique, they aren't the yoga police and allow you to play around. They offer mats for rent for $2 which is great since I don't travel with one. read more

Let me start by saying...all my life I have not been the "yoga" guy. I was invited to a session at Suntouch. I went to a hot hatha session and found it quite different from my expectations. I thought it would be easy and boring. Turns out it was a lot of fun and not nearly as easy as I expected. The young lady that led the class was quite engaging and kept it very interesting. I went to a Hot Hatha class led by Amy last week. It was my first hot yoga class and my first time at suntouch. I felt very welcomed and had a great time! There were varied experience levels in the class with me and Amy made sure to give instruction that allowed everyone to do what they were ready able to do, skill wise. I was new to yoga and searched everywhere to try a place. I kept looking for a groupon because I live near little york and all the places seem to be at least 30 minutes away. This place however was close and has a great variety of classes and times. I love that there are always different teachers, which can have pros & cons, but you always will enjoy it. The packages are pretty good, but it is a little pricey. However after still looking around on yelp, no places in the area seem to match with good class times. I love yoga now, it is a great place for new yogi's!!! read more

I've been going to Suntouch since November with their smaller class packages and I love it so much that I am now unlimited! The instructors (all of them!!) are very good about breaking down poses so that everyone can practice according to their comfort and ability level- you can stay beginner or go more advanced! LOVE this little studio. I drive there twice a week all the way from the Heights just to visit this gently heated space and their fantastic lineup of instructors. I followed Steven here from a studio in the Heights when he left to open Yoga Dragon. His classes are creative and calm with a nice mix of challenge and bliss. Suntouch Yoga has been my yoga home for a little over two years now. What can I say??? I absolutely love it there!!!!
