I had Ultrascape put in artificial turf in my front lawn last year in October. Benny did an amazing job with his team. He came down and showed me different artificial turf samples and was very informative. He sent me a reasonably priced estimate and once the HOA approved the design, he came down the following week to start on my lawn. He put in some stepping blocks by the front and rocks around my tree. I believe he got it done in 2 days and it just looks beautiful! He did say my tree is rotting, which I remember our old gardener telling me that. He sent me an estimate with the architectural design for the tree and I plan to have him come back once our HOA approves it. I really want to give them 20 out of 5 stars. Benny and his crew are extremely hard working and do an unbelievable job! I got a total of 5 quotes from different landscapes companies and knew that Benny was the guy for the job. We're so so so happy we went with him!! We redid our backyard and it has been life changing. We had a yard that had 17 trees, pebbles and river rocks everywhere, an uneven brick patio with moss growing all over them....in short, it was a disaster. After kids came into the picture, we knew this backyard was not going to work anymore, and when COVID19 quarantined us, it was time to get on it ASAP. Benny and his crew put in a beautiful 28' x 17' cement patio with a planter at the end. Artificial grass which we don't regret for a second over real grass. Evened out our extremely uneven yard. Mow curbs around the perimeter of yard, planted 45 privacy hedges, and added decomposed granite. These guys worked non stop in 100+ degrees, and we randomly had two cold days with rain and they worked through all of that no problem. The ground in our yard was like cement, and it was super challenging to drill the holes for the hedges, but they worked endlessly. In the end, we have a stunningly gorgeous yard that we now use everyday and it's vastly improved our quality of life, our kids love it and so does our dog. I knew it was going to be good, but it surpassed our high expectations. I found him on Yelp and can't recommend Benny and his crew enough, so glad I found his services! When a pipe burst its always important that you choose a professional!! Our landscaping pipes burst one evening and our side yard was flooded and running for 10+ hours! Benny came out and repaired the pvc pipe, recommending that we consider getting a regulator installed at some point due to unregulated water pressure coming from the city into our sprinkler system. Expertise and foresight are invaluable when it comes to costly home repairs. A week later our pipes burst again, as he said they eventually would. Not only did he come out and repair it again for free (since it was within the 30 day warranty period), but he offered constant contact and guidance when plumbers came in for the pressure regulator. He went above and beyond to make sure we were 100% fully repaired. Also, he and his crew came with their masks, which we can all appreciate during the pandemic. I had a leak that a plumber had told me was an irrigation problem, so I contacted companies for estimates. Benny responded quickly and thought the problem was a leak in the sprinkler line. When he dug up the area he discovered it was a problem with the main water line. He was able to diagnose the crack and fix it for a very reasonable price.
