I once had a bad kink in my neck with painful bad spasms and could not turn my head on one Christmas eve (I have documented herniated discs in my neck) and he called me back quickly and was able to renew my Rx that day. Call back the billing office and they said they never changed it...odd because we were refunded 4 months prior for this issue and asked to have it change and I guess the request was ignored. Loved the doctors, but the office staff love to pick and choose what requests to do, was not the first time this has happened.
