I had been going to Dr. Neal for years, and after he retired Dr. Fell became my doctor. My first appointment with him was he first day in that office. I was very pleased. But there is something else that pleases me as much, and makes my visit so pleasant and enjoyable. Sally, the receptionist, and Sandra make it like icing on the cake! Everyone in the office is so nice - very friendly and professional - but I have gotten to know Sally & Sandra better, and think they are VERY special. My daughter is hearing impaired and we were referred to Dr. Fell by Dr. Potocki . Both doctors are excellent but Dr. Fell had more background in the current state my daughter was in. It was the best decision I could have made for my daughter. He is very thorough , he gives her time to ask her questions and explains things to where she / we can understand. Best ENT doctor ever! Always very friendly and he LISTENS to everything patient has concerns about. Nursing staff has changed somewhat over this past 2 years and it might make newer patients more comfortable if the nurses would at some point introduce themselves rather than the patient having to say "hey you" should they need assistance before being seen in the exam room by the doctor. read more
