I tried out a different windshield repair place first for a chip that led to a crack and then it cracked again and doubled in size in a period of 24 hours. If I had only come here first, they could have sealed the initial chip AND crack with resin and it wouldn't have spread. So in the end, I did end up coming back here and having my windshield fixed by them, just wish I came sooner. Staff were polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. They say they are the only ones in Western Canada that seal your entire chip/crack and not just put a little resin in where the chip started or where the hole is drilled to end the crack. They offer a warranty, for free, on the repairs they do so you have nothing to lose. Next time, this will be my first and only stop for windshield repair.

Plus they said it was not repaired properly and will likely crack. I am filing a complaint with SGI requesting an entirely new windshield and having someone else install it. Rude unprofessional, not terribly talented and certainly not masterful.

You have not proactively contacted me once, I feel like I'm babysitting you. It has been 6 months since the alternator was replaced, this is not a reasonable timeline to have a warranty fulfilled. If you bought a faulty part from a shady company that would not fulfill the warrant and sold it me to as a new part with full warranty that is not my fault. At this point you should be refunding me the cost and keeping the warranty whenever you get to it.
