Richard takes pride in his work, and he does a quality job. His prices are competitive. Well, I presume they are; I haven't been to another mechanic in years since I started using Crossroads all those years ago. I can go with a big list of things I think need to be done, and Richard will tell me which ones I don't need to do. Another mechanic would just do them all and also tell me I needed to change my cabin air filter and muffler fluid. If you have a Volkswagen, a Fiat or a Buick, you're out of luck.
