I would include in this list Canadian Tire, which has (like most other things) a nice little monopoly...and charge like gangsters. UNTIL NOW!!! We just had some work done at Demarios and were THRILLED by the service and the price. John, the owner, was very professional from the first minute (I met him via YELP) and was absolutely true to his word. We have FINALLY FOUND an auto repair place in Windsor that we trust!!! Apparently management changed, the tech who signed off on the safety was no longer there. They denied everything they had told me the first day. They told me this guy that sold me the vehicle brings in at least two vehicles a month for safety. When I called the second time they mistakened me for different vehicle for the same issue, a supposed passed safety. Clearly something is going on in this shop. I wouldn't trust buying another vehicle that was safetied by this shop.

We arrived and had zero wait time...we were ferried into the bay immediately. After preparing a customer profile, and advising of he type of oil i wanted (synthetic), we went into the waiting room. After a short wait time (the shortest wait time I've ever experienced waiting for an oil change) we were told the car was ready. Total cost was just over $160...for synthetic oil, brand name oil filter and air filter. Staff were fantastic....the person I dealt with even recommended a place other than Canadian Tire to purchase a cabin filter. He told us the price get Jiffy Lube charges, then told me to visit the store and if they were more expensive, to come back and purchase it from them. Due to time constraints, I couldn't visitvthe store he recommended, but his price was close to the stores and it was installed. Great place to get an oil change...will definitely go back.
