My husband took my car for an oil Change here. They struggled with my oil filter because Lexus makes a specific housing and so a specific cap is needed and they struggled but said they were able to do it . Two weeks later my car starts leaking oil and because my husband works out of town I said I would wait for him to come back and he could take it so they can see what they did . This morning my car gives a message saying engine oil level low. So I go drop off my daughter and within 20 minutes there is a pool of oil and my husband calls lube xpress and they said after 30 days they can no longer help me or correct their mistake. Do not bring your car here if you want friendly customer service or if you expect them to help you when they mess up. So now me and my 6 month old daughter are left without a car while my husband is out of town working. UPDATE* Corporate reached out to us and admitted to their fault for not advising us of damage done to my vehicle had my car towed to their mechanic and is now saying the damages done to my vehicle are not their responsibility.Do NOT bring your vehicles here as They do not care about their customers at all. All they care about is the money and their image. My car was perfectly fine before we took it to this chop shop and now I have no vehicle and have to pay for their screw up . The managers here lied to me trying to cover up their mistake , hung up on me, showed me no proof after claiming to have proof. So I've gone to tho place on and off for the past few years and then I stopped and just started going to Walmart, bad move Isaac! So this place has definitely gone through a management change, it's more friendly and their prices and services are more clear and easy to understand. No hidden fees either or work that doesn't need to be done. I use to have a Nissan I took to Walmart and although it had already gone under massive work before I took it to Walmart they did some battery check and replaced the battery and sabotaged everything my dad and I did to it to make it work and they claimed it came in like that. After trying to upsell me the attendant tired to add another quart of oil on my bill. My truck has and always has held 5 quarts of oil for nearly 300000 miles. How is it that it now holds 6 ???? After I caught them trying to fraud me they tried to cover it up by wanting to drain my oil and only put in what they call 5 quarts. Would not give me my receipt. Best Oil Change Service Ever!!! Wow this place provided an amazing experience. They were efficient and very friendly. I went in for an oil change but they do provide other services as well like brakes and state inspection, etc. They were super busy when I went but despite the fact still managed to get done in a very timely manner. I'm visiting from out of town but if I wasn't I'd make this a regular spot for car care. I was shocked that their prices were super cheap for all that they did because I normally go to dealerships and spend at least $10 more than what I spent and have longer wait times and not such friendly people. When I paid they gave me a free air freshener which was really nice and I was impressed because when I got to my car I found that they'd even vacuumed it out! I have been using this shop for about five years now, and have yet to experience any questionable problems with them. During this visit, they actually were able to get a brake light working by tightening something. They did this without charging me extra. Used to be my go-to place. Upon getting my inspection i was told i needed new wipers or i wouldnt pass. Ok fine. I asked for RainX. They said ok, they "have them inside". Great! When all is done, i look at my receipt and it turns out I do NOT have rainx wipers on my car. I was instead charged for SCB wipers. If they had told me they didnt have them, i would have said ok, fail me, i'll go buy them down the street and come back (right then and there, not after the fact.) I understand they dont have a lot of flexibility for refunds as this was for an inspection, but there was no further attempt to offer any other type of compensation. I dont care if the SCB wipers are made of gold. They are NOT WHAT I AGREED TO. I know what i want, so dont just do whatever the hell you feel like without asking me. You have lost a loyal customer. You may not care, but other customers might. Buyer beware, you may not be getting what you asked for. The only plus is that they didnt move my seat. Thanks for that i guess. read more

This place did a great job. Friendly staff, very fast service. Took my wife's car in on Tuesday, and my own car in on Wednesday. This weekend, I had called a couple other places around town to quote 2 synthetic oil changes, 1 cabin air system cleaning, and 1 inspection. After they were done, it cost me $75 less than what Firestone and Pronto Lube had quoted! There's even a Texas registration office in the same shopping plaza if you don't feel like waiting in line for 3 hours at the DMV. I highly recommend these guys. read more

I took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. Staff is very friendly. I'm not very car savvy and they really took the time to not only tell me what recommendations they had, but actually show/explain to me why. (Oil/filters, etc..) I was very impressed. They ended up not rotating my tires because my back tires need to be replaced instead. They definitely could have done it anyways and charged me since that's what I asked for, but instead they let me know. And they don't even sell tires so it wasn't for their benefit. What kind of surprises am I talking about well cross threaded drain plugs under field fluids things like this. So I checked reviews before I came here and I brought my vehicle in and I have to say DJ and his crew did a wonderful job making me feel comfortable and doing a great job on my vehicle. He had my Chevy Astro in and out with no delay told me that what needs to be done for next service even didn't engine diagnostic scan. Yesterday (3/11/19) I went into your location on 9155 Dyer st for an oil change. Upper tech: Henrry and lower tech: Robert were taking care of my car. Doing as they are suppose to they informed me my air filter needed changing. I told them no it was fine I change it out myself but thank you for checking it out and informing me. When I drove off I heard a banging noise under the hood. I pulled over panicked and I found a red rag on my motor and a speed wrench which was causing the noise/ damage. As well as my air filter cover open. 3 screws were missing. They were on there when I arrive with my car but were not put back after checking the filter. I called immediately but they were closed I called the next day and they told me to go back in. Not only is the location on the opposite side of town but the weather was terrible. When I went in I explained what happened and they said they'd check it out. The two men who were working on my car the day prior quickly walked to the back without taking responsibility for the lack of quality in their work. Another gentleman took my keys and had it checked out. One of the techs who had worked in my car prior day came and and said he noticed I changed my filter and made a comment about not wanting to buy it from him. Then proceeded to tell me that he believes it's my fault the screws are gone since the filter was changed. I clearly stated to him the day before that I would take care of the filter myself it's a simple fix I just needed the oil change. He asked if I had the tool that was in the car and what color the rag was. I said it was a red rag and I threw the tool on the side of the road when I pulled over. I still have the rag if in case he wanted to see proof. Then proceeded to tell me again that he thinks it's my fault and that although they have people I training it's likely I did this myself and are blaming them. Another tech brought in my keys and I quickly left in disgust that a man was telling me his lack of quality an attention to details in his work was my fault. I am a woman and I can do simple fixes to my car as well as having common sense to place my bolts where they belong. It is not ok for your technicians to talk down to me, especially a younger woman thinking that I can not defend myself nor am I knowledgeable of how to take care of my car. They had no issues taking my money but they definitely had an issue when I confronted their mistake and lack of detail. Enough to remind me that I didn't buy the filter from him and that it's my fault the bolts are gone. Only 2 bolts were placed back on the cover. The quality of work paid for is not acceptable and being blamed for their mistake for not buying their filter is not in any way a customer should be treated. I would like for there to be some sort of reimbursement and actions taking for this. I can only wonder how many woman have gone through this. read more

I opened one of the 1st Mobil1 Lube Express' in Colo. years ago, so I have some knowledge of this type of business. These guys are very professional, and I will return. They will show and tell their recommendations with knowledge, and without high pressure. I watched them interact with several customers while they were performing an engine flush on my car(something that shouldn't have needed to be done if the 'mechanic' in Pecos had actually changed my oil and filter the 3 times I had taken it there). A word of advice though - while I didn't ever see them suggest a service that wasn't justified, they were doing their job of suggesting one service I feel you should think twice about. They suggested an engine flush to 1 customer because the oil was 'very dirty', and doing the service now could prevent build-up. True statement, but ..... I'll leave the rest for you to think about. All in all, they are an honest shop and as I watched their work from the lobby and the exit side of the bay - I saw nothing that 'made me go hmmmmm'. read more

do not take your vehicle there. they will mess it up then lie and say it came in that way. the wife and i went in for a simple oil change, like we normaly do for both our cars, then got the vehicle back smoking badly out the tailpipe. i had 2 witnesses saying it was not like that when it was brought in. the shop claims it was like that when it came in, because they would not own up to saying they made a mistake and way overfilled the oil, causing the excessive smoke. we took it immediantly to a local mechanics shop, and it was over filled by almost 2 quarts of oil, making the vehicle smoke. the mechanic drained the oil and filled it to a proper level and of course the smoke went away. that was the experience for just a simple oil change, can you imagine what would happen if the vehicle was in for anything else. so now we have paid for an oil change twice and a mechanics fee, in less than 2 hours. when we went back and confronted the manager she said, we didnt do anything wrong, and we dont need your business. i decided after that experience, we will now go out of our way to let everyone know how we were treated, and to stay clear of this business. read more
