I chose Northeast Tire Solution because, according to google, they close at 6 pm and because of its location. When I arrived, it wasn't an establishment like "Discount Tire, Martin Tire, or Firestone," but unlike those other locations, they immediately took care of my tire, and I was out of there in approx 30 minutes. They speak both English and Spanish and accept cash and credit cards. They also explained that their schedule might not reflect so, but they usually close around 8 pm. (10 am to approximately 8 pm)

I am so thankful they did such a great job! I also took it a week later because the motor on my passenger's door was not working and the annoying noise on it was too much. Sure enough Brett Connors and his employee, Jason fixed my CRV issue with the door as well. PLUS, they cleaned my car after working on it! What excellent customer service! So, here I am. I googled for a place to do my emissions test, I chose Bagdon because of its location, hours and because it is a local owned business. There were no other people ahead of me, the owner was attentive and took care of other lil issues with my vehicle along with the emissions test. When it comes to vehicle service I have had way more positive experiences with local business than nation wide franchise. Bagdon Diagnostic Center is the place to come for your emission's test in El Paso's Northeast.

Owner acknowledged fault, but refused to do anything about it. I am currently deployed. Owner argued with my wife saying "oh well I'm the only Audio store on Dyer". Owner is very unprofessional and treats customers as if they are "homies". Truly unacceptable behavior and expense for services rendered at an amateur level of work. I will not recommend this place to my soldiers who work hard overseas and look forward to quality service when they spend their money, nor will I take any vehicle there again. Now I will have to buy replacement console from Toyota at over $130 to repair the damage. Clearly they are after your money and do not care about customer service or their craftsmanship. There is another audio store (Pro Audio) two blocks down the road where we will take our business to in the future. They have done work on our vehicles before, but due to limited time we thought we would try Dyer Audio, lesson learned.
