I had a great experience from start to finish. When I called the phone went to voicemail but m rep shot me a text and called me back quickly. They quotes me $475 for the inspection and $125 for the radon tasting (highly recommend if you have a basement). I was able to get an appointment the very next day. The inspector (John) was at the house on time at 8a sharp. He inspected and walked through each square footage of the house. From the roof to the backyard and basement. I was able to follow along and ask any questions during walk-through. John was very friendly and helpful during the entire experience. The inspection took about 2 hours and 45 minutes which was 30 minutes longer then the estimated time. After the inspection, John sat down with me and discussed all the items that needed attention and items to watch out for. He explained everything thoroughly. After, I received an email with my report as well as follow up emails to address any questions or concerns. I highly recommend if you are looking to buy a home.

Instead of finishing the job, Quincey Barrett ripped out the old doors, left the home in shambles, and vanished with the money. The house is now in a far worse state than when it started--it is unsecured, unfinished, and $25,000 has been stolen. This is not a "bad contractor" experience; this is professional fraud and property abandonment. URGENT CALL TO ACTION: If you have also been a victim of Quincey Barrett, do not wait. Go to your local police station and file a report for construction fraud and theft by deception. We are working with the authorities to ensure there is a paper trail for this criminal behavior. You should also report them to the State Licensing Board immediately. Save your family the trauma and the money--stay as far away from Quincey Barrett as possible.

NOTE: ALL OF THE FOLLOWING IS DOCUMENTED through text…read moremessages, phone calls, photographs, home inspections, signed contracts, and additional records. Recent reviews accurately reflect the fraudulent conduct of CPR. The company, owned and operated by Quincy Barrett (CEO) and Brandy Barrett (CFO), misrepresents services and caused us and other clients to lose thousands of dollars. CPR engages in repeated deception, creating a pattern of inconsistent and false statements. Communication is routinely delayed or nonexistent. Quincy Barrett goes silent for days and weeks at a time when updates are requested regarding the contracted project. Signed contracts are breached, and "lifetime warranties" become void when Quincy Barrett fails to meet contractual obligations. Quincy leaves before projects are completed or even begun. The project that was said would take two weeks to be completed did not even begin until 5 months later. The funniest yet is that the project remains unfinished one year and one day after the contract was signed on 12/12/24. CPR provides proof of current insurance coverage and then knowingly cancels the policy prior to the start of the project. When asked about insurance coverage for multiple property damages and a homeowner's bodily injury caused by materials left in the yard, CPR provided evasive responses and no resolution. The homeowner is instructed to cover the damages out of pocket with the promise of reimbursement, RIGHT... Documented damages include the central AC unit, windows and screens, security cameras, all landscape lighting, and most of the landscaping. Quincy Barrett pressures homeowners to authorize loan disbursements using false statements. When contacted by the loan company, he falsely stated that only one piece of siding remained to be installed for completion. CPR abandons a gutter, roofing, and siding project in an unfinished and unsafe condition, compromising the integrity of the home. The most documented deficiencies include gutters installed incorrectly, large sections of siding not installed, siding was installed on half of the porch ceiling instead of soffit, missing water barriers on exposed areas, no insulation in open sections of the home, an unfinished roof, multiple electrical outlets left exposed to the elements, and open gaps in the siding that have allowed vermin enter a previously sealed home now. Due to Quincy Barrett's failure to properly oversee the project in his role as project manager, custom window framing was not installed and may not have even been ordered. Security camera footage showed Quincy Barrett personally managing approximately one hour of the exterior project, which consisted primarily of walking the property and unloading supplies. A refund for the nonexistent custom window framing was eventually issued. However, CPR initially failed to provide the refund due to insufficient funds from the company account. Quincy Barrett claims the account was impacted by fraud. The refund was ultimately issued only after a cashier's check was demanded. Following the submission of the first review, and only review until today, 12/13/25, a 2:00 AM text message was received containing a screenshot of the review and a threatening message. The nature of the threat, whether physical or legal, is unclear. A request for clarification received no response. Responses provided by CPR now will consistently satisfy their claims, regardless of factual documentation. The conduct of Quincy and Brandy Barrett demonstrates a pattern of misrepresentation, nonperformance, and intimidation.

I was able to retrieve both pieces, but my attic was left exposed to the elements. I asked my neighbors for recommendations and out of 6 places, only one returned my call and then didnt show up. I found a bunch of people on nextdoor recommending Molloy so I gave them a call. The office staff heard what was going on and let one of their senior estimators know. He came out right away, like within hours because he did not want to leave my house exposed like that! Phil Bowers was a god send! He got right on the roof upon arrival and did a temporary fix to the ridge vent. He assessed the rest of the roof and the soffit and thankfully let me know it wasn't ready for a full roof replacement yet. I had maybe 5yrs left. He gave me the advice that it was BS that my insurance company (Allstate) no longer covers my roof due to age and let me know some competitors that still will. He let me know what did need fixing and gave me a rough estimate. He took the piece of soffit I had retrieved back to the shop with him so the fabricators could match the color and size to make a replacement. He also sent me a full estimate so I could plan financially for when I did need a full roof. He has been in the business over 20yrs and I could tell how knowledgeable he was. We scheduled the repair crew to come out for the fixes. I was equally as happy with the repair crew. The guys were knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. They even cleaned my gutters out while they were up there doing the repairs. They went over every little thing they did and saw while on the roof. They mailed me the final bill which was super reasonable and I was able to return the payment promptly. Highly recommend this company!

"Curb appeal. Repair it," she said without hesitation, and she immediately recommended Molloy Roofing. "They're not cheap, but they're worth it." Oh, and I did I mention the existing asbestos shingles? The requested bids -- different materials, different grades, different prices -- arrived by email in a timely manner. I talked to my bank about a home equity loan. I chose the most expensive fix -- a metal roof. I've forgotten the man's name who actually performed the job. He removed the old roof, repaired the rotten wood, and fashioned the new roof from metal. To call him a roofer, though is not sufficient; he was an artist. Look at my portico. I do not regret the choice nor the expense.

Their quote was competitive, and while they're not the cheapest option out there, they use top-quality products. My roof actually ended up as an upgrade from what I had before. From the first call to the final cleanup, everything was easy. Timely estimate, great communication, and a crew that was both friendly and efficient. I have a large roof, and they showed up early, knocked the whole job out in a single day, and cleaned up so thoroughly that my landscaping might have actually looked a little better after they left. Whether you need roofing, gutters, or siding, I can't recommend E.M.A. Construction highly enough. As long as they're in business, I won't be calling anyone else.

I wanted to replace it with similar siding because it seemed to be very durable. Replacement was necessary because the original siding was improperly installed and the planks were falling off the house. I repeatedly had planks replaced and paint never matched original siding properly. So I chose to replace the entire siding. My research identified James Hardie as an excellent siding; and it seems quite durable, has a decent warranty, and looks nice. I chose EMA Construction to install because of their long term experience with James Hardie siding, and previous customer reviews. So I am confident I have a good product that was properly installed. Eddie provided the estimate and stayed in contact with me during the project. The installer team was excellent. They commenced work as expected and completed on schedule.. in spite of several rainy days. One area of the house required custom cutting of the planks lengthwise and at a slight angle. The team did an excellent job custom fitting the siding to this area. The total install, including flashing, caulking, and siding fit are all excellent. Total results and cleanup was also perfect. The install team (Nico, Blake and Eric) was professional and friendly and explained what they were doing throughout. I would hire them again should the occasion arise.
